I dont have any ill will against Cedric at all, think he's played well for us in the past and he did well in the Euros. But for the last 2 years he's been really crap for us, definitely. Elyounoussi was world class against Lazio last night. World class. That was one of the best attacking performances I've ever seen in 35 years of watching football. And I previously hated him. He's clearly our best player on that evidence.

People criticising the club for the Adams signing need to get a reality check on this one. He's clearly been brought in with next season in mind. We'll have him as an option in the Championship and having had a year to get to know the club/his teammates then he should be ready to go right away in the lower leagues with us. Actually a decent move by the club for once, thinking ahead.

He's a nice bloke and a fairly competent manager, but not even Pep could have saved this team from relegation this season. Ralph cannot be blamed solely for our bottom 3 finish, many others have played their part in our relegation. It started with Puel and hasn't improved at all since then. The Championship will be fun next season, no doubt, but should we drop again to League 1 then it's going to be a long old way back.

Of course I care that we're going down this season. Who the f wouldn't be? It's how be bounce back next season that's the important thing. However with Gao in charge we could be looking at decades in the lower leagues. Let's enjoy this last season in the Prem whilst we can.
