Great win. Just saw the highlights on iPlayer and Fonte could have had a hattrick! It's a shame they only showed the last bit of Connolly's goal too. Keep it up lads!

How many points do you think we can get in November?
SNSUN replied to Saint Thomas's topic in The Saints
:-D Sorry, I was being a pedant! I think if we play as well as we can, the only game I think we have the potential to struggle in is, ironically, Bristol City away. But stranger things have happened, our form can't last forever. Can it? -

"How many points CAN we get?" Well we CAN get 15! "How many WILL we get?" Hmmm, 13 IMO, if we play as well as we know we can in every match. -
A fit Lallana will make a massive difference, remember we went through nearly a whole month of tough fixtures without him and came out unbeaten in the league. A fit Adam will raise our game even more, and if we play as well as we have seen his season in every game, there's no reason why we can't win every game. Optimistic, yes. OTT? No. We're that good at the moment, there can't be one Saints fan on the planet who could have forseen this!

Last season, I was massively in favour of Butters, who was miles better than what I saw of Richardson. This season, Frazer has been the balls. Frazer should be our number one IMO, but I still love Danny.

Own Up, Who Else Was Concerned About October?

Great month. Adkins would get MOTMonth if it weren't for Dougie Freedman. -
At first sight, I thought the first was Anders Limpar, but when you mentioned Asanovic it clicked. (Great player on one of the CM's)

I'm fat as a house, but luckily fit on one seat. I have to sit front row though, as I have a massive knob. P.s. I'm killing all you fattists, one by one, with my bucket of KFC. (once I've stripped said contents of secret herbs and spices and chicken.

Connolly had his rest in midweek, I think NA will start with him as usual, but yes, I would like to see De Ridder be given a run on the wing to see what he can do. (Which would mean pushing Gools up front.) Incidentally, hypothetically, could you imagine a central midfield of Guly and Chaplow? If both were to take their proper positions, I feel we'd ship goals.

I do, though I'm not sure why - I just always have.

I am nigh on addicted to coffee, the stronger the better, and love my Americanos from Costa or wherever. Where I work, we have a Nero, and while their coffee isn't so good, I was regularly visiting them to get my caffeine fix. Some days I was going there three times a day - and while we get discount, it still adds up to a LOT of money. Now, I make a flask of coffee at home in the morning (or afternoon dependent on shift) using my Krupps filter coffee machine, and take that in. The flask keeps it hot for about six hours and it's lovely coffee. My mum shops at Costco, and she supplies me with the filter papers and a massive tin of Columbian filter coffee, which costs about £11 and lasts for ages. Ironically, when I moved in with my missus three years ago, my mum gave me this Krupps coffee machine (that also makes Espresso barista style) that she'd had for a while, and went out and bought a very expensive replacement that grinds its own beans as well as making the coffee, (Cuisinart I think, although it doesn't make Espresso), and both parents maintain that the coffee it makes isn't as good as the machine they gave me. (Probably explains the number of times they visit...) It looks a bit like this, but it a lot older, dirtier (now!) and the other way around:

I didn't specify home or away, I merely stated that Ipswich are a good side who we dicked, thus stating my theory that perhaps we raise our game against the big boys. Even Derby and West Ham in recent weeks, two teams close to the top of the table as our rivals, we've played well against.
-
Against Brum, against Forest, and against Ipswich, three good sides, I thought we'd struggle, and we dicked 'em. As much as we're all concerned about this Middlesborough game, I just reckon we'll **** 'em! Disclaimer: I may be wrong.

I'd love to draw them in the FA Cup 3rd round and for them to go unbeaten until then. Beat them and it'd sandwich their year nicely. (Although didn't they technically lose in the most important game of their 2011?)

There's a new LoveFilm advert out with the song "Higher Love" on it, the original was done by Steve Winwood which was up tempo and generally good, but I love the new slow, haunting version sung my James Vincent McMorrow. I don't much care about adverts, but this song was so good I had to google it.

Who's your dad, Cain or Abel?

One of those birds was tasty, not that I'd waggle my winky anywhere near her bits.

Big hothead, could disrupt a settled camp. Has a very inconsistant goalscoring record which is why I think he was converted to a midfielder. We need a striker, not a midfielder, hence no thanks. (Would be expensive too.) On a pros and cons list, there's far too many cons.

I'm sure the girlfriend'll be cool about it - it's the wife you'll really have trouble with!

FFS I too would have been at this game had it fallen on the Saturday but cannot make the Monday due to work commitments. FFS.

What do you use to clean up after masturbating?

...or provides a handy salt lick for the cat. -
If it weren't for De Ridder, I do think Forte would've seen more game time this season as our pacy impact sub, but I maintain that we're still a striker short, even with Barnard now coming back. This would be the area I'd most like to see us strengthen in January, as Connolly is 34 now and won't be around for ever.

If I were married to Katy Perry, there'd be no need for masturbation!
