Sino, I wouldn't take it to heart. Possibly the police/council made them decide to do that or close before the match.

Nice to see KL down there beaming. And a nice touch to let the Feyernoord supporters into the dressing room. Too often clubs are too distant from fans, and I thought it was a nice touch for the Dutch supporters.

Saints 8 (Eight) Sunderland 0 - Match and Reactions

Not according to Graham Poll: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2798933/jon-moss-gave-two-incorrect-penalties-manchester-city-s-win-craig-pawson-infuriated-neil-warnock-chelsea-beat-crystal-palace-afternoon-controversy.html -
At half time, 3-2 would not have been out of the question. And then the first 5-10 minutes of the second half we were still in the dressing room.
-
Well, at least there was one from outside of last season's top 6.

I will confess, after the latest round of games that were soporifically boring, plus with my Saints tinted glasses thinking Woy had made a **** poor decision re Chambers/Clyne, I thought maybe 'Arry would have been the better choice. But then you see the post match interview yesterday and you realise what a plank 'Arry is and be grateful he has a suitable job and not that of the national team.

Has the ref, or anyone else, come out and explained why it wasn't given? Having seen it a few times, I initially thought, like others have said, that it was the trailing foot being left dangling to catch Forster on purpose. While a lot of Sunderland players were appealing, Fletcher didn't, which always says a lot. But then having watched it back (http://hoofoot.com/?match=Southampton_8_-_0_Sunderland_AFC_2014_10_18) it seems that the Forster has his foot high in the air as he slides in, which catches Fletcher and flips him. I think that maybe it's a result of too much simulation and trying to con the ref (eg leaving a foot dangling) that has counted against Fletcher, as well as a complete lack of him appealing. Fair does to Fletcher for not rolling around like he had been shot, but in this case, I think it rather counted against him. -
He said it before today's interview though..... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29638128

Guess not. But saying he is 3 stone overweight is either going to royally **** the player of and/or reflect on the manager's inability to get the players fit. See Robbie Savage has (rightly) expressed surprise that the players aren't fit enough given where we are in the season.

CONFIRMED: Rodriguez ruptures ACL - out for SIX months

Lawro disagrees with you.... -
The more I see Tadic's, the more I wonder about brown envelopes.

Dead man walking?? Keep hearing Sherwood being mooted. Then they have Hoddle there and Sir Les turns up (which Arry has no idea what for).

I like your pessimism! -
True, but that wasn't what was being said. It was said with reference to his time pre-Saints. Wyett seemingly had no idea about the 2 years of knocking them in for fun in Holland. He even mentioned his time in Holland.

Surprised Morgan got so many votes yesterday. Personally thought he was quite quiet and Cork a lot better. As an aside, seems Cork covered the most ground out of everyone.
-
One's that we scored. Pelle's 2nd, followed by Cork's.
-
3.10 - [Pelle] Not been a prolific scorer whereever he has played [before now] - Charlie Wyett (The Sun). Wow. The standard of journos is amazing. By anyone's standards his time at Feyernoord was prolific and was 3rd best in Europe after Messi and Ronalado.
-
I said to my neighbour yesterday that the only shame was a lack of HG players. But **** it. if all that is going to happen is for bigger clubs to come and take them all rather than develop their own, let's have a break for a year or two.

when I saw her, she was leaning forward out of her chair holding on to the railing in front of her.

from about 5-0 onwards, he was slumped in his chair arms and legs crossed.... compared to Gus!

While Sky and BT might have reason to favour the "elite" clubs, as they are selling the games, BBC who only have (some radio) and the highlights on a non-commercial basis (ie they don't sell it to people), should offer a much wider focus on clubs. Clubs both lower in PL and outside of PL. But frankly I don't really care too much, save that the constant attention on the elite is one of the factors killing my love for the game, as I prefer to go to the games. Which I must do now. So hasta luego and see you all with (hopefully) another 3 points in the bag. COYS

Urrr, that is patently obvious.

Glad I wasn't going totally mad.... http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/former-rangers-skipper-steven-davis-1704494 http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11700/8495252/southampton-midfielder-steven-davis-keen-to-return-to-rangers http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/scottish/southampton-midfielder-steven-davis-interested-in-return-to-rangers-8491303.html

No idea...but heard it more than once. Looks like it was BS anyway.

Wasn't the plan for him to go back to Rangers when they got back into SPL?
