  1. He does have a point.
  2. Yes, making gestures with the hands and fingers.
  3. It certainly does to mine! (And thanks Redslo)
  4. Very true, nurse. I've already had a glass of wine and a celebratory pint this evening. I want to leave room for my Horlicks:)
  5. I quite like Plymouth
  6. Can I start laughing yet?
  7. Strange game , I haven't been so nervous for some time. A neutral might think it was a comfortable win against a team preparing for the Cup Final but it certainly feel like that this afternoon. What a season! To end on a goal difference of +18 is unbelievable and finishing above Liverpool even sweeter. Let's hop that Sevilla thrash them next Wednesday and they end up with no Europe A word for the ref today, I thought he was spot on in everything.
  8. To be fair second is not a bad season, it's hasn't that they haven't actually won anything.
  9. Hmm... Thanks, gents, we shall just have to wait and see.
  10. Can anybody please tell me the earliest date that our next European season might begin? There are holiday dates that some members of my family want me to fix and I would want to miss anything special.
  11. Great cross today for Pellè. Took time to pick him out and was justifiably pleased with the result. Sign him up.
  12. Either is acceptable. Well, to most people anyway. I think the potential is there for another 10,000 to 15,000 supporters but it's not my money so why should I care? There are many occasions when we are effectively full, anything over 90%.
  13. Sound advice save them up and do them on a Sunday or something. Once a week is enough for anybody.
  14. Very true. He is better suited to a team under pressure.
  15. It's an opinion about experts, and one with which I agree so that makes it 100% accurate
  16. Somehow I can't imagine anyone singing: 'One Zlatan Ibrahimovic, there's only one Zlatan...' You get the drift.
  17. But will his name fit on the back of the shirts?
  18. Oooh don't get me started. If I buy a hammer it's mine and I want to be able to bang in as many nails as I like. I don't expect to have to pay for it again in a couple of years' time.
  19. That's a good question. Immigration was consistently high before 2004 but could it be that there was a large amount or work available in Britain that was low paid and there were no Brits prepared to do it? Suddenly there was an availability of a large pool of labour willing to work for low pay doing jobs in the service industry. Whether this has been good for Britain is a different argument.
  20. I cannot see that as a long-term career.
  21. 3 days is not very long to get fit again. That's the lottery that is the playoffs.
