Quite right. It's not the large articles of trade that would suffer but all the smaller deals. I dread a vote for leaving, it would kill a hell of a lot of small companies and more importantly the jobs that go with them.

It's so long ago I have trouble remembering. Some people like dirty , and she wasn't my wife at the time, just a 60s dolly bird but she had gorgeous long hair.

He wasn't booked for being slow, he was booked because Bertrand had already come on when he decided to walk back across the pitch from the opposite touch line. The ref had no choice.

Week commencing 27th October

That's one hell of a convolution for a 4 mile journey and one that only a local or regular user would know. I walked to Kings Cross, then Piccadilly to Leicester Square and Northern to Waterloo where I comfortably caught the 23:05. I managed to get one of the last seats and then sat waiting for 15 minutes because a door wouldn't shut I have an aversion to the Northern Line ever since my wife used to use it regularly in the 60s. Noisy, smelly, dirty, she used to wash her hair every day in the evening and bowlfulls of black crap used to fall out.

It was on the way so I just started walking until I got hungry. All London's full of tourists these days anyway, a bit different from when I used to cycle in from Enfield in the 60s. In hindsight I should have got to the ground first and then eaten. The Tube was unbearably hot, doesn't it keep getting hotter every year? For medical reasons I have to restrict my beer intake these days.

They didn't forget that he was cup tied.

Did ok at Millwall.

Anyone else think we could be on the verge of something special?

Technically we're closer to the team in 3rd than the one in 4th at the moment. -
No. Besides, I've already spent the money.
-
Indeed. However you look at it, it certainly counts as 'delaying the restart of the game'. All substitutions must take place on the halfway line and technically this one did too with the players on opposite sides of the pitch. There must have been some sort of misunderstanding.

There is a graphic analysis on the Mai today: 31.4 yds 64.2 mph Time from boot to goal 1.0 secs I was right behind the shot in row 10 and my instant thought was that the goalkeeper would have it. Glad I was wrong

Yes, it was:)

Hmm, I've never been to Shrewsbury...

I agree with Pap All you can ensure is equal opportunity.

Getting there on the Piccadilly Line was hot, crowded and slow. It took me over an hour to get into the ground from leaving Covent Garden, not helped by the station there being closed for access. I didn't fancy queuing again to get back so I ended up walking to Kings Cross. My legs ache this morning.

Fair enough. Then he deserves all the abuse we can give him.
-
We sold him, I haven't heard anything about him pressing for a move.

I thought the access arrangements were poor. The transport arrangements were overloaded and the queues at the turnstiles were all caused by the security frisking. Nowhere near enough toilets either.

We're doing ok but were some way off a top 4 club. -
Not bad for a fiver I suppose Where did all the added time come from? I made it 5m20 extra.
-
Correct. On both counts.

There's no legal basis for declaring UDI, is there? The Scottish Parliament have limited powers which do t extend to creating a sovereign state.

All good stuff, but it cannot possibly be sited away fom Westminster. The logistics become costly and impractical.
