I thought the access arrangements were poor. The transport arrangements were overloaded and the queues at the turnstiles were all caused by the security frisking. Nowhere near enough toilets either.
Quite true. What they conveniently forget is how much London depends on the infrastructure of the surrounding counties - housing, education, health, leisure and so on.
I agree to some extent that the pledge will be altered and either watered down or extended for England's benefit, but basically the YES vote was for changes and the NO vote for the status quo and anything else that came with it was a juicy bonus.
