One for deliberately kicking the ball at a fan and the on other for slapping Lallana in the face although technically either could have a red. Ashdown would have stayed on. Lallana was not running towards goal. I believe that Adam's left foot was very slightly caught, but that he had also pushed the ball too far and when he realised that he wasn't going to get to it decided to go down. If he'd gone down instantly he might have had a chance.

Morgan doesn't tackle properly. I'm not surprised he gets hurt.

I'm normally a Guly supporter but even I noticed him strolling back with his hands in his pockets. I blame Kelvin myself, beaten at the near post again. It was a well-placed shot but not that fast.

I too thought that Kelvin should have done better for their first goal. He seemed surprised by it. I'm normally a supporter of Guly but he was a spectator today, especially when he stood and watched McGuire take his shot. What on earth was Adkins thinking when he sent Harding on in stoppage time? It wasn't football out there today.

He took a while to get some control of the game but by then the pattern had been set and Morgan had been clogged out of the game. I saw Adkins giving him a mouthful after about 5 minutes. I suspect he was reminding him of his responsibilities to the players' safety.

The Lino flagged for offside for some reason. Lallana took the corner, their player kindly headed it up and towards goal and Sharp bundled it in. I guess the lino thought we had headed it. Fortunately the ref put him straight.
