FOR FUCKS SAKE!!!! We had a chance to play a quick forward ball then cos they had players committed forward, but still just stop and play it backwards and infield. It's infuriating. Just what the fuck do they do on the training ground all week?
-
Jesus. All from a fucking terrible pass by THB. This team and manager can just fuck the fuck off.
-
That's what we're reduced to now is it? Stephens shooting from range.
-
I really want to like Will Still, but it's starting to look like SR have made yet another 'oh so clever but actually not' managerial appointment.
-
Can I have some of what you're smoking please? Must be good stuff.
-
The entire club is rotten from top to bottom. It's all on Sports Republic. They've utterly failed as owners and need to get the fuck out of our club before they sink us even further.
-
Yep. And it's not like we're creating chances and just been unlucky. We don't look capable of causing any teams problems because we're so easy to defend against.
-
We just look so indecisive at all times. Nobody looking to make a run or play a first time ball forward. It's just so easy to defend against.

Why didn't Roerslev cross it FFS!
-
The movement up front is just non existent. There was a moment just now where Manning had the ball in space on the left, but instead of charging into the box to get on the end of a cross, all our forward players moved backwards FFS. Brainless from Downs there, and then McBurnie completely cons the ref into giving him a FK like the little cock he is. This is fucking dire.
-
Fuckin ell Baz. There was no power in that header but he didn't even try to catch it. Just panicked and threw his hands in its general direction.
-
McBurnie really is such a prick.

Conditions look awful so I'm not expecting a neat and tidy game TBH.

Wood has been by far better than Edwards so far this season. I've got no problem with that.

-
As does Charlie Alvarez.

Torrential rain forecast across the north of England today, with a yellow warning of possible flooding (although Hull is just outside the warning area according to the Met office). I reckon there's a strong chance this could be postponed.

Brendan Carr, the chair of the US Federal Communications Commission, who was appointed by Trump and is evidently a fervent defender of free speech when it is right wing voices being censored, threatened to revoke ABC's licence if they didn't take immediate action over Kimmel's comments. If you don't believe this was a decision forced by the Trump administration then you are utterly deluded.

How do we know that was actually his strategy though? I've seen nothing whatsoever to suggest that's how his teams play, and I think it was more a case of Pompey being well organised and closing down well to stop us playing between the lines in the first half, so a few players resorted to trying long balls instead. Clearly there was words had and a tweak of something at HT, and we had much more joy passing through them in the second half. I think people need to put aside the fact that this was a derby game and look a bit more objectively. Today was the first time Still had all his new signings available and was able to play his preferred formation. I thought the second half was much better than we've seen with the back 3 so far, and there were encouraging signs from some of the new recruits (notably Fellows and Jander). Up until now, Still has been forced to work with only what was available to him. The time to judge him will be once the new players have bedded in and we've got a settled starting lineup.
-
Not if we're talking about the fans though.
-
WTF was Mousinho's problem with Still at the end?
-
Meh.
-
Yeah but just lashing at it from 20 yards when there are better options available, which he's been doing all season so far, is just brainless.
