Absolutely gutted Their goalie should have been off, the first penalty was probably the worst taken I have ever seen. Pathetic. The second, Wotton did everything right, but their goalie didn't move. Robertson missed an open goal from a very narrow angle, having nicked the ball from the goalie. McGoldrick was unmarked in front of goal, but I wouldn't have passed to him, so why should I expect Robertson to. McGoldrick missed a one on one with the keeper. With the exception of the three set piece goals, Watford were very poor. How the hell did we contrive NOT to win that match?? Can't find it in me to be critical of the youngsters. They are all individually skilled, but they still make catastrophic mistakes two or three times per game. What do you expect though, when Wotton is the only outfield player over 21?! Bugger seems the word to best sum things up.
