It would appear that Sarnia's best advice is not that good either. They shoot them if they stay in the car as well... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-32859763

I think you're being a little bit ambitious there. Trying to explain to him that 'guns are bad' is proving neigh on impossible, I would leave the shelves well out of the equation, honestly.

We've had our chances throughout the season and generally blown them, we are not good when it comes to the pressure games - not necessarily against the big teams, but the games where there is a bit riding on it. Spurs and Liverpool have given us more than enough chances to catch them and we've not been good enough. You have to take your hat off to Swansea, big game, and they've coped much better than we ever could. Add to the fact that they are still giving their all for the cause, whilst we have been going through the motions for weeks. I don't see us getting another point this season, Villa heading for Wembley, we're heading on holiday, no chance of getting anything from city either. Bottom line, we had a great chance this season and blew it. I don't think we will have a better season for quite a few years now.

This appears to me to have little to do with HR and Company procedure's at this point in time. As few others have pointed out, if he has been dismissed for theft, then it is up to the employer to provide unequivocal proof of his guilt. Go the 'Derry' route - challenge them legally. As for the HR route, doesn't 'Viking Warrior' work in that field professionally - I haven't seen him around here for a while, but if he's lurking perhaps he could assist.
-
It will be the latter, I predicted 0 - 4 in the build up thread. Not only that but, we will not add to our points tally this season.
-
Sorry, but at the risk of looking a complete pillock, I'll pose the obvious question. What does any of that actually mean / show / prove?
-
Had that happened the I feel that all paying forum members would've been entitled to call in the administrators....! [emoji6]

On the original thread I said that I thought we'd get tonked, and 24 hours on I still feel the same unfortunately. I can see Nugent scoring, just to really hack me off, hate to say it but worse defeat of the season, 4 - 0 Leicester. Dreading it!
-
Slightly off topic but tonights lottery numbers will be 7 33 15 24 9 and 39 - get your money on!!!!

Lax, or non existent? The real eye opener though is that if he left the UK 40 years ago as a qualified person - he is now, what 60 - 65 ish...??? Judging by his posts thus far - I thought that we were being wound up by a 14 year old pre-pubescent youth...!!!

The bestest - not quite...! During the majority of current fans lifetime - the last 50 years..... http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/9817599/liverpool-lead-manchester-united-arsenal-everton-and-tottenham-in-ultimate-league

You can sort of gauge the intellect level when people fail to comprehend even the simplest of advice, cant you?
-
Just for you I'm going to type this really slowly. Thread initiated as man shot in back 8 time trying to run from police, something that you appear to support. Your latest video - man running / walking menacingly towards police officer who has gun drawn, man arrested without a shot being fired. Think hard.
-
You really are more than a little dim aren't you? All that video does is totally reinforce everybody's opinion on here other than your own. Have a think about it for a moment.

Their front line is potent, ours is powder puff. Its another big game but I just don't think that we have either the ability or mentality to cope. Can see them turning us over 1 - 3. Don't think the end of season can come quick enough for us now, time to regroup.
-
So does this mean that we are not going to be in the champions league or the Europa league? I can see villa winning the FA Cup, arguably meaning they will have had a better season than us. Spurs winning 3 - 1 as well. Think things are starting to peter out somewhat.
-
I agree. As I said earlier - I sincerely hope that he is the Village Idiot, really I do. Surely there cannot be anybody within a 5000 mile radius that is as stupid. And if there is, then the thread title is more than apt and demands some serious answers.
-
I do the same. I do pray that Sarnia is the village idiot though.

He has had chances in plenty of games, and continually fluffs them. It wouldn't be so bad if he offered something else, but he doesn't. Its all very well saying give him yet another chance, but conversely why not get him out of the firing line and spare him the ongoing embarrassment, take the pressure off of him, he obviously can't handle it. As for the Hull plan..., they probably haven't, all season, anywhere. So as sure as eggs is eggs, and with our goal shy squad you just know its going to happen.
-
Why? He's already proved, since the year started that he can't score - how many more chances do you think he might need? Games are running out this season, we need points, Pelle is not likely to provide the inspiration, movement, flair or goals that will lead those points. Hull will come, park the bus, and go home with the points

Without fail, every match thread, somebody will say exactly the same thing about how 'poor' the opposition is. Thing is we continue to fail to score, and drop points against them, so what does that say about us as a real euro contender. We were fed a great early filet by Arsenal today, and at present have failed to take advantage, great opportunity being passed up at the moment.
-
Got no chance of catching them, Liverpool are a very good team, no matter what some on here may say. They had a terrific run in the second half of last season and they are doing the same this year.
-
Swansea are shot, can't even get out of their own half, let alone trouble Liverpool's goal. The scousers will manage the last twenty minutes and win it two nil.
-
Got to agree with Dig Dig - he should have come. Fraser is a good goalkeeper, no two ways about it, but as Dig Dig says - he lacks in some areas. He is a great shot stopper and has proved that over the course of the season - yesterday in particular. But he isn't great at commanding his 6 yard box and often looks very flat footed. If his starting position was good, he could have come and got the cross. He doesn't actually have to catch it - but he has to influence it at least - and did neither. It resulted in a free header effectively. Look back at United at SMS - Rooney's cross comes from a long way out and goes all the way to the back post where RVP get a connection probably less than a yard from the goal line. Again, he doesn't have to catch the ball - but if he at least gets a glove or fist on it, it goes away, if he goes for it and misses completely - again at that point then it probably puts RVP off and the ball goes dead. In short - in his box, he has to be more commanding. It's not a rant, he's going to be a top, top stopper - but at the moment I think he has some limitations - hopefully the club are working on them.
