  1. No way on gods earth am I going - all for boycotting this one. You won't see me there in a month of Sundays - they can ram it. Mind you I have boycotted every game since the Johnstons Paint Trophy Final due to the fact that I lived in Northern Ireland and even now, still live miles away. Boycott away fools.
  2. There's this poster I know, his name is Pap - you should look him up sometime, probably be able to 'chew the fat' for days.....
  3. Room for one more...?
  4. I can see how she totally failed to recognise her compensation amount, it was similar to when she also failed to realise that a child was at risk after the family received 60, yes 60, visits from social workers, police and health professionals over eight months. It is an absolutely sickening case, I'm not saying that she was totally responsible, but she was in a position of somebody who should have both known about the case and acted - and by all accounts failed on both counts. Do I begrudge her the £680,000, yes I do. She shouldn't of even got the £33,00 that Lord Neuberger suggested was commensurate with her claim. The only crumb of comfort that I take for this abhorrent case is that Safeguarding legislation was introduced on the back of baby P's death, in order to try to protect children from similar fates. It's a start but as the recent Daniel Pelka case shows - children are still open to awful neglect and suffering. I struggle with any kind of 'award' to this particular lady, a 17 month old child dies and those people who were meant to be safeguarding him reap the rewards. Justice.
  5. Aaaahhh that's where you see wrong though, it did sink. Just like they said. But I don't buy the "iceberg" story at all, do you? Sent from my HTC One S using Tapatalk
  6. So ten years down the line and now the truthers would have us all believe that there were no planes involved... The sad thing is that give it another ten years and they'll probably be trying to convince us that the towers themselves never existed. Sent from my HTC One S using Tapatalk
  7. I've waited four years for that...! The players are very good at talking the talk, when in fact, they are shyte at actually walking the walk. Total bloody rubbish..... Sent from my HTC One S using Tapatalk
  8. This could actually be a blessing in disguise because if we did get though we could take a hell of a battering from one of the good sides in the competition. So this might actually be for the best. Sent from my HTC One S using Tapatalk
  9. What Florida Marlin said. But you might also want to drive south instead of north - over the Alps, (stunning views, some hairy hairpins...!!) down through the Brenner pass and make your way to Lake Garda. Beautiful scenery all the way, bottom of the lake (Lazise & Sirmione) is best for lazy tourism, top of lake is windsurfing territory if your are into that sort of thing. Absolutely beautiful part of the world, can't go wrong either way.
  10. Great comic actor. Sad, sad loss, far too young. But on the bright side - it's going to be hell in heaven for the next couple of days while he settles in...

    D-Day 70

Heard about this on the news as I was driving home from work - made me smile. Top man.
  12. This was my first thought as well - and if you go this route then I would suggest that you don't just throw the one in, do two at least for some redundancy. But you might also want to go back to the website that you've quoted and look at their own range extension options. If you've got another 500 quid in the budget you could throw in a 2km short range LOS transceiver - save the digging...! http://hdcctv.co.uk/products/wireless-options
  13. I'm with Chapel End Charlie and Pap on this one. Anything that Ennio Morricone has done is pure genius. That said, my wife gives me grief because not only do I like the music to, but I also like this film: An acquired taste maybe - but I loved it...!
  14. Stop picking holes mate, Alpine wants a new kit and he wants if ****in' now, ok.
  15. The only teary eyed halfwit is you....!!!! Players come and players go, that's football, that's how it has always been. Channon, Shearer, Bale, Walcott all of them (and hundreds more) great players, but they all went. After they went, we as a club got on with it. That's how football works. There are a few who have sugar daddies and so life for them is somewhat easier - they will always sit at the pinnacle of the football hierarchy. For the rest of us we have to make our way in the football world - that's life. We were the 8th best team in the country last year - great season to be a Saints fan. Next season we could well get relegated - but I'll still be a Saints fan. So while we get on with supporting Saints why not go sit in the corner and cry a while you teary eyed halfwit.
  16. Oohhhh eerrrrrrr real bad day on Saintsweb I see. Poch has packed his bags and left for London, meanwhile nobody noticed Glasgow Saint sneaking in the back door. This place goes into meltdown, apparently the board are rotten to the core and don't have a clue. My bet is something like this, on 16 August 2014, 12 blokes in red and white (stripes?) will take the field and the crowd will go mental. They have done for the last 100 years and will do for the next 100 years. Some of you need to calm down, the journey is not for 5 years, it's for life.

  18. Real real stinker.... Sent from my HTC One S using Tapatalk
  19. I do. I'm going to become a granddad for the first time sometime in the next two weeks. Can't wait.
  20. I take out that the Skate scarf that was buried under the pitch, when the pitch was laid will be replaced when the work is completed. Lets face it, its proved to be a bit of a lucky omen up to now. Sent from my HTC One S using Tapatalk
  21. Getting exactly the same on two different machines, one at home and one at work - but only when on this site, no problems anywhere else on the net. Have added details to the thread here: http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?49505-Saintsweb-adding-malware-to-my-PC#.U3ADf2LQeHs From what I can gather this is to do with the ads that are associated with the site - hoping one of the MODS/Admins will check it out.
  22. Having problems here as well, both on home machine and work machine: Have Norton 360 on home machine and it is reporting as follows: Alert Summary: High Web Attack: Fake Flash Update Download Intrusion attempt by: update.newsflashplaer.us was blocked Attacking PC: 173.230.147.191,80 Source Address: 73.230.147.191 Have had this a couple of time - but only when on Saints Web - and as a result Norton closes the site on my PC. I have also had the same on my work PC which is protected by AVG Professional. I don't have the full details, but it was the same 'Flash update download' type message - again I was booted from the site. This has only started happening to me over the last 10 days - and as I said above, it doesn't happen on any other site other than Saints Web.
  23. Translated to my speak.... 'You've feasted like the true troll that you are Barry. Why don't you shove your laptop up your arse and **** right off'.
  24. Totally agree - Durham has to be, without exception, the worst broadcaster in, any field, on the radio. How he is given the air time is unbelievable. As for Gough - again, I concur.
  25. Ohhh bollux - don't you just hate the forum swear filter....!!! As a 3 post a day user - I have no editing rights either. I'm sure you get my drift though.
