That is a great news. Now can we kick to that end in the second half as well please? -
Never have got this. Has anyone got a sensible suggstion/reason as to why we don't already? I can't get my head around why we kick towards the 'quiet' end in the crucial minutes of the game.

Sat here in tha blaring Cairns heat...will be kept up to date with reports from back home. 3 points please and a run out for Papa to see how good he is...providing he passes the fitness test. Any squad updates? COYR
 -
No no, he still is. Even a blind squirrel will find a nut eventually and given enough time. Can't quite get my head around how bad he and Boumsong were for Newcastle. How the hell they didn't go down that season is a mystery.

Could not disagree more. Commanding and strong with more pace than Rio...as for Eto'o he practically makes all CBs look average, including Rio. He's that sort of player. RF on the other hand is a lumbering buffoon who's lack of intelligence is slightly (though not completely) conteracted by a semblance of footballing experience. And that is about the only nice thing I could say about him. He's prone to at least one mistake a game, he's not overly commanding (though he likes to talk a lot of ****e on the pitch) or strong, whinges like a little *****, and really is the most stupid human being to have ever kicked a football. Not by any means the worst defender ever (not even close - that title easily goes to Bramble) but certainly wouldn't be in my top 5 prem defenders now or ever.

Slightly missing the point here but I am not in anyway a Terry fan. Would, for arguments sake, say that Vidic is by far and large the best CB in the English league. In fact I often feel that he carries Ferdinand at times as Ferdinand is prone to more than one brain snap. As far as other candidates go; that Hangeland looks the real deal at Fulham and I also like Carvalho. Would have had Carragher in there to but he seems to have lost a little something.

Has a draw written all over it. The excitement over our new 'signings' has dissipated with the pair of them being ineligible, and although Holmes is due back I am expecting late news to say he's unavailable with another knock (feeling not ITK) with Mills being the only bonus addition from our previous draw. As such Colchester are still on a high, confidence is such a massive advantage in any sport and Boothroyd has a great record against us. In fact I've just talked myself into a Saints loss. Saints to lose 2-1.

Yep! Here we go again. Make-shift team once more for a season. A multi-billionaire owner and we still get square pegs in round holes. It has cost us several times in the past and I, in my opinion, think it'll cost us our league one place this season too. Hardly hit the ground running have we?
 -
Would Mills not be in your starting line up then?
 -
Right. I can't for one second take this. Where's all the *****ing, where's all the synicism, the in-fighting? Do we not want someone out yet? Has no one a bad word to say? Is there not someone or something we should be getting behind FFS? Quite nice isn't it.

Yep I am with you on that one. Assuming Jaidi has accepted the contract in principal and that there are no other issues with the deal I feel it fairly safe to assume that we will end up with him as a Saints player...Just based on the 'permit issue' alone. If there are other factors though, as suggested in this thread then it could be another long, unnecessarily, drawn out affair...such is the norm with Saints.
 -
Pretty sure we have a new owner...Yep just checked. We definitely do have new owners.

King Roach more than King Khan. Boy has many a fault and currently he still wouldn't beat any of the top few in light welter or even lightweight division. Still, you can only hit what is put in front of you and as such he is now a world champion. Fair play.
 -
	Uh for 6 now.

Haven't been his biggest fan in the past, though he was awful at times in the Champ and Prem....But have to say that is a hell of a coup. He was easily the player of the year last year.

Fry - Takeover is almost complete. Funds being transferred.

Jesus Christ. She is. Great set of lungs. -
Good to see the PC crew are out in force again. They irritate me far more than 19C ever could. Nothing like a good old 'you can't say that' on an internet forum to make my blood pressure really rise.
 -
Sad to say, I am of the same thinking.
 -
Any idea what time the meeting is today?
 -
Can you imagine it...CAN YOU IMAGINE IT! Can you imagine it if there's no takeover at all and it all falls through....Sadly I can Still Im with you Kiwi...Been bloody warm down here in Mildura, Victoria this week

Uhhh he's 27. No where near past a tennis players prime...IN fact it is his prime. Yet he's being roundly beaten (French Open excluded) by a man who is currently better than him. And it's this short memory thing again....Sure for the last few years Fed has been the man to beat but in all actuality it is only a few years. Before he reached the top he was being beaten by all manor of opponents from Andy Roddick and Lleyton Hewitt to Tim Henman ffs. The three (2 for arguments sake - excluding Le Tiss in the eyes of the popular masses) players you mentioned were, when in there prime (like Federer is now - seems like I have to spell things out for you), at the very top of the game. They were undisputably the best and for the entrire time in which they were playing IN THERE PRIME always were. Federer is/should be in his prime and yet he could well be beaten on three out of four surfaces this year. Is that a little clearer for you.
