Biggest game of our season so far by a mile *****il the semi-final)We won't make the top 6 and won't get relegated. Sadly there's not a lot to play for so in the league. We always seem to struggle after international breaks, that is why i said a draw would be a good result on the pre-match thread. Stoke are a good side and I think many underestimated them. It was a poor performance, just one of those days. Still, no need for a meltdown, our form was good before this so it's likely to dip, and i can't see that changing against City next week. The league doesn't need to be the priority though, it's a lot more competitive this year and i doubt we will match last season's tally. The cups must be our number one focus. I think we are playing as well, it's not so much that we have a stronger squad. We had a bit of luck last season and to get the same points total again isn' t realistic. Important to remember Mane was **** until christmas last season, and Pelle went missing for half a season. This season the front 3 have been playing well, Van Dijk is a great Toby replacement, and Romeu and Clasie are decent options for the DM role. If anything, it' s better we started poorly, as it has helped the team work on errors, and it saves any delusional talk of a 4th place finish like we had last year. We have a reasonable run if fixtures and should be in the mix for a top 8 finish. The cups must be the priority though. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk

Of course, I think they will be really up for it. But now Wilson is out, they are seriously lacking in quality. I personally think our first 11 is as good as last season. The league table is irrelevant. 8-14th will do. We've seen before that being best of the rest only makes us more of a target for selling our best players. I think we are as good as last season. Maybe not, I can see Pelle is starting, but he relies on good service to be effective. If Ramirez and Juanmi have poor games, so will Pelle. Concerned with Yoshida (who can't play rb) and Targett (who puts in effort, but sadly not good enough for us. Also worried we will be lightweight in attack with JWP, Ramirez and Juanmi. Probably for the best we didn't win, just to save delusions of CL football like we had last season. Let's leave that to West Ham fans. A draw is still a decent result, we've had a lot of players away on international duty and Leicester are a very good side who will comfortably finish above us this season. A bit of a mixed bag of performances so far, but we are doing ok. Most expected mid-table and that's where we will be, accept we won't match last season's phenomenal efforts. Bit disappointing in the end, but Leicester are a decent side. It's quite obvious we are going to be a mid-table side this season so I'm not going to get too disheartened by the result. Great performance and win. RoKo was able to pick the strongest team we have put out all season and it showed. I know Chelsea were poor, but we hardly gave them a sniff, I was never worried when they were going forward. Great to see Davis find his shooting boots. We looked as good as we did at anytime last season. With the way the league is going there's no reason we can't finish close to last year's position. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
