Aren't you a skate? Christ, why are you panicking so much? And why, ever since you've been on here, have you always criticised everyone who has been on the board/chairman? Just wondering... you're not the FotB type, are you? :-o I don't want them to go, it'll be massively destabilising and Cortese is the main reason why we've just re-signed most, if not all of our most important assets.

Came through at a time when the media were trumpeting all the UK's new wave tika-taka geniuses; Ramsey, Henderson, Rodwell etc. As usual, it turns out they're the usual b0ll0cks, one-paced, doesn't score, barely tackles, can't pass, can't create midfielders that seem so popular with clubs these days.

Scholes was absolutely exceptional in his prime and even in his advancing years, his fleeting appearances oozed class (but perhaps not always the goals, which is understandable). Though we're talking about England, a nation which gave 70 odd caps to Heskey. Dreadful, and that about shows us for what we are as a national team.

No f()cking way. Remember him always being linked with us in the 90's. Just.... no. Especially if you remember his Forest team.

I stand corrected, I probably jumped the gun a little to be fair. I take your point about him having doubts, I've seen that too, but I think, possibly with a little more confidence he can be a bit more positive. He'll never do regular Yaya Toure runs I don't think but I do believe he's one of the best in his position in the league.

Kelvin is a shoe-in. Rickie I don't think is, well, intelligent enough, lol. Fonte, Jos possibly?

You could dress up as a blue seat?

There's a few on here getting all excited about a FotB position becoming available, I reckon...

As I said on FB.... As much as I disliked Cortese's handling of the Adkins affair, he's probably the one person this club can ill-afford to lose. Chairmen with his drive, ambition and record of achievement are very, very hard to come by. We are building something at this club, let's not throw it all away now...

Anyone else noticed they've revamped the online store?

Who is the lady...woof woof! -
I guess we'll see, but I am absolutely sure they will overspend again. Obviously, we won't find out until the sh1t starts splattering the fan again... which it will IMO.

You'll never get promoted from League 2 in your first season tbf, though you might think you will "walk" that league.

I think we've lost a bit of the cutting edge we had under Adkin's since MP took over. That said, we have dominated far more games but haven't been able to fashion that many openings in some of them. I think a bit of pace upfront would help that, perhaps switching Rodriguez for Lambert positionally (though having Rickie centrally, as opposed to wide) might be an option. That said, he's a good crosser of the ball, though he'd probably be the slowest winger/inside forward in the Prem if we did that!

It's not that much of a surprise when you consider how bad a manager Mancini is. He's awful. Wigan are a team and whilst they haven't spunked £500m on players (many of whom are utterly turd or average at best), team ethic and organisation does count for a lot. This, however, will be a completely different kettle of skates to the Arsenal game though. They'll go there and have a go, but I think you'll see Arsenal rip 'em a new one. The scoreline might only be 2-0, or 2-1, but they'll dominate completely.

Interviewer: Roberto, did the best team win? Mancini: I don't know, it was a good game, they scored in the last minute. We didn't play well... Interviewer: Why? Mancini: I don't know. Sums the bloke up. Clueless and classless.

They're always disappointing. Mancini is a d0gsh1t coach.
