Straight out of Jose Mourinho's coaching book, that.
-
I know - literally one day before! Luckily been tracking the intel on new stock for a while. There were rumours of 5pm yesterday but it transpired to be 3pm today.
-
Only just seen this thread due to today's bump but I had the exact same cartridge. The other two games were Columns and Super Hang-On, without a shadow of a doubt
-
Now back in stock at the Play store. Seems like there's a fair amount available as they went up at 3pm and the site's been very stable, as is the predicted shipping time. Hopefully this'll stop third-party sellers holding those that want one to ransom! Plumped for the 8GB as I'll likely make heavy use of their Music cloud. The bumper case isn't available yet but you can get adequate substitutes from Amazon.

The OP has started some poor threads in their short time on here but this might just take the biscuit. There's no way I'd let Richardson, Fox, S. Davis, Hooiveld or Guly go as they're the best cover that we have in their positions. Must say I'm a little surprised we've not been explicitly linked to any wide midfielders/wingers as I'd say that's where we're shortest now.

I believe Google were charging a fair whack on postage (around a tenner?) so I'd happily offer £300 but no more than that.
-
Funny that it went on for so much longer than normal before the Everton game - not that I would suggest the instructions were to drown out the crowd to stop us chanting Adkins' name for longer than we did, oh no!
-
It is Fonte as in 'Font'. Apparently his wife gets quite wound up about the mis-pronunciation. To be 'Font-ay' it would need to have an acute 'e' at the end i.e. Fonté. Heard plenty of people call him 'Ho-zay' too. If he was Spanish that would be correct, but he's quite clearly not and it's pronounced 'Jo-zay'.

Looks like the Firmino story hit the Mail late last night: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2269265/Maruo-Zarate-Roberto-Firmino-Southampton-targets.html New week, new target?

It is funny how a few murmurings on the Internet can vilify or deify a person in an instant - especially when it's never that black or white. Matt's been outspoken about the current regime but let's face it, that's mostly because he's so passionate about the club (not to mention that some of his criticisms have proven pretty accurate). He was hanging around with a few mates in front of Ted's statue before kick off last night and he sits in the stands, not a box. If he had that much of an ego I can't imagine that he'd be hanging around us peasants.

"Who needs Pochettino? We want our physio..."
-
Even though he's a tremendous goalscorer there's so much more to his game, it's incredible to see how he's grown as a player even since joining Saints. Towards the end of last night's game he played a lofted up-and-down ball to the wing that was simply DC.
-
Those accounts do my bloody head in. All over the saintsfc hashtag talking twaddle. Constantly. Situation does sounds very promising though. Hopefully the club will have it wrapped up early doors (or Sibley will spring another 11pm special upon us).
-
Didn't he do a decent keepie uppie video for the Saints advent calendar back in about, ooh... 2004? Strange player but nevertheless effective. Didn't realise until recently that he came out of retirement for a trial with Doncaster.

So far this year I've got tickets for The Bronx, Kvelertak and Cancer Bats in Southampton and will be looking to get tickets for Bring Me the Horizon in London when they go on sale this Friday. A few others that I'll decide upon nearer the time. Southampton's getting so much better for rock, hardcore punk and metal.

Likewise, I thought Halsey played advantage after Punch was clattered, didn't look like Jay Rod had anything to do with it. It is possible to go down without it being a dive or foul of course...
-
Great opportunity to turn this into a pseudo-home fixture.
-
Not entirely sure how you'd create a control experiment, but it would be interesting to discover whether the fact that half of the ground empties around those times has a psychologically damaging effect.
-
I thought Schneiderlin, Davis and Lambert all slid over at least one apiece but may have been mistaken. Definitely noticed a pattern with those specific boots - in fact the moulds in the picture above look more suitable for firm ground so if they weren't using the studs that may have played a part.
-
OP had best avoid the front page of the BBC's website today then - pic of two Saints fans in red/white shirts and santa get-up, over the headline 'Busy Boxing Day for football fans'
-
With that sort of attitude I doubt the comeback against MK Dons would have happened. I really do miss there being a proper atmosphere Tried to get chants going all game and eventually gave up because I was on my own. Utter sh*te, from team and crowd.
-
Yep, I'll be in the neutral section (albeit directly next to our fans as I managed to get adjoining seats).
-
Well you can't score from the bench, I'd have thought that was fairly obvious. He's barely played in the Prem and when called upon it has generally been to see out a game - also a situation unlikely to invoke goals. It's also easy to forget that despite his lean spell towards the end of last season he continued to provide vital assists and still ended up our 3rd top scorer. He probably isn't good enough for this league, but he'll do a job when asked to and certainly doesn't deserve the sh*t he receives.

I suppose so - was going on the OP's statement that the phone lines were "permanently engaged". Also presumed it was a legit queue on the website as I wasn't online at 9am, but it does seem the wait times were a bit extreme. From a technical standpoint I can sort of see why an increase in demand (if there was one) would mean there's not the capacity for any other sales either, though it creates a pretty poor user experience. In any case you can enter the ticket site straight away now.
-
'Try again at lunchtime when it's died down' is about the best advice I can offer. The only alternative is to get in the queue and wait it out. Shouldn't take that long, although I'd advise leaving a browser window open so that you don't miss when the system lets you in. No idea why there's such large numbers clamouring for the FA Cup tickets. This allocation is only open to ST holders and even then your seat's reserved (unless you're in block 41 or 42).
