Have I missed something? Are Saints not posting out any tickets now? I thought it was just the Season Tickets unless you asked.

The pub is normally wall to wall m1nge a hour before kick off on match day and I'm stuck there thinking "if only I wasn't wearing a football shirt".

It's all too quick now, I can't keep up. I miss the days of the 'Alan Pardew sacked' headline.

The figures don't really represent my expenses, as there isn't a section for drunken bast*rds who are appalling at betting.

It's part of the 'matchday experience' TM. Seriously though, I enjoy getting to the ground and having a look through the odds with my mates, arguing over what we should collectively bet on and then the collective joy/misery when we win/lose. It's not really about the money for me it's just a good laugh. It wouldn't be the same if we just all did it online seperately on Saturday morning.

Actually that is exactly the point. Potential Health and Safety issues are supposed to be weighed against the chances/likelyhood of something going wrong. The chances of something going wrong with a big flag are extremely minimal. Unfortunately whats happened is people are afraid of the culture of blame, which means anything with at least a 0.0001% chance of going wrong is labelled as a Health an Safety risk to cover everyones backsides. The other thing is that people have become used to this over-protection and so instead of thinking "is a big flag really going to hurt me, ummmm, no" they panic about their chances of getting hurt.

Yes, I had forgotten about all those football stadium evacuations that happen on a regular basis.

I would rather we spent the money on getting the radio station back up and running and improving the catering.

There was a fair number of run of the mill victories. But surely in there you experienced the massive highs of the moments others have mentioned. KD saving a penalty v Brighton, the MK Dons winner, the last minute winner at Brighton, taking the lead v United surely those moments stand out?

Yeah it's probably a speed thing. That's what happens if I try to watch using the 3g on my phone. I'm not sure if the Saints player video's buffer or not... Have you tried turning to the lower quality setting?

Even that's a bit ambigous really. F1 is not only going to be shown on pay TV, but half of the races ARE only going to be on pay TV. Maybe that's just Bernie being sneaky.

Some suggestion that the concorde agreement includes clauses re free to air tv, which could lead the team to challenge it. Ultimately though they will follow the money so assuming the Sky deal is big enough I can't see them bothering.

What? So you don't agree, but you agree? Yes I know that it is not EXACTLY the same as has happened in the past, I know that the pace of change is being driven by the fact the world has become a much smaller place due to technology. However, it is still essentially the same process going on now as has been going on forever, the development of language. We may not like it but it is inevitable, it is the way language works.

Watching the Kelvin Davis video on Saints Player, watching that penalty save against Brighton makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I just remember going absolutely ballistic and although it was a season of many highs, and it may seem like an odd choice, I would say that moment is my standout memory from the whole season. Total jubilation. So what's your one best moment from last season?

Gotta love the sky man saying "this is great news for f1 fans". Yeah terrific. Something we've been able to see for free will now have adverts and we have to pay to watch.

I don't think anybody is trying particularly. It is, unfortunately, the natural development of the language. This has happened throughout the centuries.
