They promised no tuition fees if they won the election. I honestly don't know what people expect them to do. It's a coalition, compromises have to be made.

Weren't Hudders down to 10 men as well? Making all the more unbelievable. Or is that my memory playing tricks?

I will go a bit more specific and list moments that stick out in my memory.... The expectation of that first L1 game v Milwall, and the realisation this would be tougher than I thought. The excitement when we were signing player after player. Lambert, Hammond, Waigo, Jaidi, Harding... The utter frustration of going those first 7 games before the first win. Realising we were on track with the 4-1 win home to Gillingham. The back to back 5 goal hauls against Walsall and Huddersfield. The JPT, of course. I remember Huddersfield scoring a late winner (Lee Novak?) to all but end our playoff hopes, gutted. Then the excitement and build up to this season, followed by the depressing familiarity of our terrible start to the season. Losing 2-0 at home to Rochdale felt absolutely horrible, massive low point. The 2-0 win at home to Bournemouth, the feeling that maybe our season was finally beggining. 6-0 away at Oldham, sitting at home listening to the radio in slight shock :-) 3-2 MK Dons, will never forget that one. 1-0 Bristol Rovers, utter relief. Plymouth, best day ever. Overall, I've really enjoyed the league and will miss certain aspects of it, but I'm ready to see us playing teams of similar size and stature every week again. Roll on next season.

There was a bloke making up chants on the train home. Was amusing for 10 minutes or so, but EVERY SINGLE ONE was to that tune. Did my head in.

Was going to post something up but changed my mind - mods please delete, sorry :-)

Am I the only person on the forum who doesn't hate that chant? Don't see the problem to be honest.

I wasn't complaining, just making sure people knew. I didn't have my debit card on my the first time I rang so had to phone back.
-
Is that not because it's gone on general sale from midday today?

Give it a rest.

Well even though the headline says the flag is a good idea the article ends with "I am not against a tribute to Markus Liebherr, I am all for it, but I am for something permanent, not a flag that will have a short shelf life and in a season or so will be tatty and perhaps stuck in a shed somewhere, is that a fitting tribute for Markus ?" Ending the article with "is that a fitting tribute for Markus?" comes across as a dig. I just have an issue with people who feel the need to be negative about things like this, where others are putting their own time into sorting something which has clearly captured peoples attention.

I bought some over the phone earlier today. 60p booking fee per ticket.

The "Big" News - free "All Star" match on Sunday: K.O 3pm

I rang up and it seems that blocks 41 and 42 are pretty much sold out. Going to be a decent crowd hopefully. -
Amazing how opinions can differ so much on players.

I see The Ugly Inside have had a bit of a dig at this project. Why do people have to be so bloody negative. If you wanted a different memorial, perhaps you should've got off your arse and sorted it out like JustMike has done here!!! Great work guys, this is going to be another thing to look forward to at the start of next season!

When thinking about 50k attendances you have to look at Wembley. YES, we took that many up there but basically every single Saints fan I know was there plus quite a few wives, girlfriends or non Saints mates who only went as a one-off Wembley thing.

I'm getting validation errors too. Season Ticket holder. -
Although I was proud to be a Saint that day, I don't really think United got out of 2nd gear.
-
We would not sell over 45'000 tickets for games like Everton, Villa, Newcastle and Sunderland. I think we would struggle to sell that many for any premier league game.

Missed it again :-( -
I love the play offs.

I want 5-1 Jaidi to score first, as that is what I always bet on. One day. One day.

Removed for copyright. Bloody copyright. Was looking forward to seeing that. -
I thought at the time he was just messing around with the finger waving. He didn't look angry.
