If you really think we don't need to buy...
Barry the Badger replied to david in sweden's topic in The Saints
Not sure what your point is really. You were saying that RL on current form wont get to 20 goals this season. On current form he would score 13 over our remaining 22 games. I'm just highlighting that you are getting too worked up about this. Of course if we lose players we need to replace them, I wouldn't mind another wide player either, but if we don't get them I still believe we should get promoted. People are getting too carried away with the fact we have a bit of money now. They are still trying to run the club as a self sufficient business and we cant just spunk money up the wall just in case we get a couple of injuries. -

Really? Because his present form is that he's scored 3 goals in his last 5 league games. -
Is it just me, or does anybody else think it's utter madness that people queued overnight for tickets to this game?

I think by the end we had all come to realise the genius of the man, but I do remember not long after he signed talking to my uncle about how awful we thought he was.

1) Lambert has never been quick. His game is clearly not about pace. Not sure what your point is. 2) Were we actually any better before Chaplow went off? I didn't think we got any worse when Gobern came on. 3) This is the same Jaidi who is part of the second tightest defence in the division? He is clearly not past it, ok he's not as mobile as he once was but I can't believe you cannot see he is a great asset in this league. -

...and here we are, despite injuries, if we win our game in hand we will be in the promotion places. So the squad IS good enough already then. -
For those who can't get block 1-3 tickets, the Kingsland corner had a good atmosphere for the JPT semi final last year, so that may be your next best bet?
-
I have to admit that I found it odd they couldn't tell me for sure on Wednesday if my seat was available or if it had been taken by Utd (I'm right on the borderline usually). Seemed a bit like the date was decided and they were so keen to get the tickets on sale they didn't have time to fully communicate to staff what the official line was re block 42.

You think the FA cup is a distraction? Wow. That is definitely a point of view nobody has mentioned before.
-
If it's any consolation. I sit in block 41 and it annoys me too. As do the people who only sing the la la la la bit of Lamberts song. That is all.
-
But because there is no block 42, block 41 will be right next to the away fans.
-
The back of 41 is where all the action happens. Make sure you wear gloves so your hands dont get sore from hitting those boards. Seriously though, do you just not want to be at the back? Do you normally sit near the front?

Can you update it to also show possible goal difference?

Maybe someone on the OS jumped the gun? -
Am I the only one who thinks 5m would be a decent price for a 17 yr old who has only played league 1 football?
-
You have to also purchase for a league game at the same time.

I'm pleased we aren't letting the Man U game get in the way.

You need to get onto the database. Or find somebody who is and who isn't using their allocation. If you phone now and book a ticket for Carlisle that might get you on the database in time to buy a Utd ticket, but I'm not certain on that. A couple of people have also said season ticket holders can get 1 more on general sale, so might be worth you talking to your ST holding mates.

I'm in the Northam at present but would be perfectly happy to relocate if that's what the majority was doing.
-
It was always going to be hard for anybody with Brundle as their number 2, because most of the time I just wanted them to shut up and let me listen to Brundle.
-
Email back from club, block 42 only having to move apparently. Block 41 will be fine.
-
Surely you just phone up with your mates database numbers is all that means
-
No, just your own. Article doesn't say which blocks Utd are taking though.
