Possibly the worst performance i have seen by a saints team (with the exception of 4-1 away to Skates, but that didnt feature on my radar as a performance though) I have never seen any fans of any other team with the whole away support singing "make a sub" at the manager. An utterly dire display, but that was the low point.

BUt if you have to ask for advice on what to do, then obviously you dont know what you find exciting.

are you doing it so you can tell everyone what cool stuff you have been doing, in a 'look at me' type way? Or are you doing it because you are generally interested in this stuff? I'd suggest it's the former seeing as you dont know what it is you want to do, in that case a course in building your self esteem and reading a few self help books would be a 'cool' place to start.

I agree with you there, if the players cant handle the pressure of Orient at home two games into the season, how the f*ck are they going to cope at the business end of the season when we need to win games to secure promtion or the league title? We should have beaten both Plymouth and Orient, it came down to some back defending, bad finishing a bit of bad luck against Orient and reverting to humping it long when we got a bit desperate, nothing to do with pressure.

I didn't go today, opp north for the weekend but watched it on the stream. Puncheon missed a sitter from 4 yards, which would have made it 1-1, their first goal was on the break, second a screamer but after a defensive **** up. After that pretty clueless, no pace, no imagination, everything was pedestrian and slow but most worrying, not a lot of desire from the team. The fact that the same thing has happened in our three home league games is not good enough.

He wants to leave. Or it might be that he is a big lad, didn't have much of a preseason and he needs a good few games to get his form and fitness back to 100%. James Beattie was the same, sh*te for the first 5 or 6 games of most seasons he was here.

It's a close run thing. We have soared to new levels in recent months. Claims that we can sign who we want, that we are a more attracitive proposition than Glasgow Rangers, that Curbishley, Zola are not good enough to be our manager and the constant claim of how rich we are, how much we can pay players etc have been amoungst the golden nuggets on here of late.

i was one of the 'crew'. Good day out when they lost 1-2 at Aldershot new years day 04. Our 'crew' took Aldershot and Woking on the same day. About 300 D&R fans in the away end, good bunch they were too. Like you say, we were top flight and doing well, they were in the conference, 7 years later we are playing them in the league, you couldn't make it up.

3-2 is losing by one goal is it not? Obviously it is all my opinion but what concearned me today is the lack of fight in the team, they seemed resigned to defeat after the second goal. I dont remember seeing that under Pardew.
