  1. Here's a question - how can a Championship team who train regularly and receive coaching from 'experts' have 8 or 9 players defending in their penalty area yet not one of them is marking an opponent? If anyone has a sensible answer I'd love to hear it. Baffling.
  2. Presume the poor wee lambs have been rewarded with a day off in the warm today after their sterling efforts in the baltic North East yesterday. Well deserved. Meanwhile those earning way less who travelled to support said wee lambs will have got home late yesterday then had to haul themselves from their beds early this morning in freezing temperatures to earn a crust. Doesn't seem right somehow.

    Injury Watch

I think he recovered once he got over the initial shock of realising that his number being held aloft meant he had to set foot onto the place where it always goes horribly wrong for him.
  4. Things even he, in his wildest dreams, didn't expect to ever be said in the same sentence...."Ben Garner headhunted". You really couldn't make it up. We have a young manager floundering and clearly out of his depth so some bright spark (Ankersen?) decides it would be a clever idea to give him some help in the form of no-mark Ben Fucking Garner - yes that is his middle name 🙂
  5. Trouble is they'll just bring in another manager who is forced to play 3 at the back. Seems the only way to break this cycle is to get SR out which is obviously easier said than done.
  6. No thanks - he's another 3 at the back merchant. Willcocks has really made a difference to Utd 🙂 Another charlatan.
  7. Is Leo an example of Ankersen's 'if it aint broken break it' strategy?
  8. We'll be fine once Garner gets cracking. Not sure how we managed to secure his services - with his track record every top club throughout Europe must have been banging down his door. Was this another Ankersen masterstroke? It's got his fingerprints all over it.
  9. Phil Giles was the brains behind Brentford. Ankersen was his tea boy.
  10. Mr Gormless
  11. Agree and the smart money would be on that charlatan Ankersen. Do people still buy his stupid books? If so they must be bonkers. He's made a living out of talking total and utter bollocks. Wish he'd just get the fuck away from our football club with his smartarse ideas. He got power drunk when he was at Brentford even though he was never the brains behind their rise. Now he's trying to recreate it at Southampton and us fans are the ones suffering from his stupidity and arrogance.

    PROTEST

Thanks for nothing Semmens. Trust you were able to line your pockets and are enjoying the rich life.
  13. Maybe Lallana was the brains behind the early good performances when Tonda was interim manager. The drop off the cliff coincided when he left the first team and became coach for the U21s. Just another conspriracy theory to put out there 🙂
  14. Never heard of the butterfly affect?
  15. Yeah, feeble weaklings who didn't even have the courage to face the fans who'd travelled in bad conditions. Every player should have been across to applaud them and take the deserved flak for a pathetic performance. Man up and take the consequences because they earn a fucking shedload of money for serving up this crap.
  16. Rasmus fucking Ankersen.
  17. I guess the question is - whoever told him he was a goalkeeper?
  18. Ok, the January transfer window is open. Go out and buy some big fucking shithouse units who can run and don't get blown over by a puff of wind. Maybe then we won't have to play 3 fucking centre backs and wing backs who aren't really wing backs. Club is a complete joke.
  19. Forgot to add the rider that he is the most unlucky 'keeper in the world 🙂
  20. Don't be ridiculous.
  21. Take a bow Baz - Boro have had 5 shots on target and 4 of them went into his net. What a fucking 'keeper!
  22. One of the funniest comments ever on this forum. It's up there with the best 🙂
  23. Knowing them they'll put Garner straight into the coach's chair 🙂
  24. Bazunu, the world's most unlucky goalkeeper. Where are those who defend him when he needs them?
