Conference squares the ledger for me - until then they have got away with it massively. They deserve to drop out of the Football League for what they have done. Liquidation or Conference, either does for me. No sympathy at all for their knuckle dragging fanbase, not one of them.

Pressure, stress? **** off. Try a regular job getting smashed week in week out to support a family. On the breadline. Or putting your life on the line in the Forces. That's stress. Trott is just a ****ing quitter. Forget England. Get yourself a job at your local council offices. Sick days part of the culture. Never want to see him in an England shirt again.

They are a very inconsistent side. If both sides play well they should win it, would take a point, but we could nick all 3 if the **** Spurs turns up.

Don't understand how Rafaels was handball but our one at Everton wasn't. Scouse lover obviously.

Would you return to live in Southampton?
Kingsbridge Saint replied to Goalie66's topic in The Lounge
Loved a lot about Southampton while I was there. Just over 10 years. Happy enough in Brisbane now, but maybe one day. One of the best Cities in the UK. -
Who do I want to join Leicester? Reading and Burnley Who do I want to join Fulham? West Ham and West Brom

Should saints break the bank in the summer for a striker ?
Kingsbridge Saint replied to killer fan's topic in The Saints
We need a new striker - probably 2, but I am counting on Gallagher stepping up. I wouldn't be breaking the bank though. Leave that to the neighbours. -
On the basis that everything else stays the same, we just swap league position and points, for their FA Cup Semi Final, then yes. We stay up, easy.
-
Worried about Norwich. They are far better than their League position and are going to prove it before the end of the season. We made Redmond look like Ronaldo last time out. I can see us stuffing this one up.

This is the central point. And I for one need some assurances that MOPO doesn't intend to do this again next season. If he does, he can move on as far as I am concerned. I would rather be 15th and have a serious go at the FA Cup, than 6th and take the **** out of the competition.
-
That Sunderland FA Cup selection continues to be a source of massive frustration and division amongst the fans. So much for everyone together, all on the same bus. And for MoPo, that is a damning indictment of what he did that day. It remains the crassest error of his tenure, and one I will not be forgiving any day soon, in the same way as he will not apologise.

If I was a coach I would be torn between having him do hours of shuttle runs to improve his fitness and speed, or hours of just knocking a ball against a wall to improve his passing and touch. He has a lot of work to do to look good in the Premier League. .When we get pressed high up the pitch he is a massive liability. Almost as bad as Jos. Cork every time for me at the moment

I can't believe people are being sold the old fashioned crock that is 'retirement'. Everyones working into the grave chaps - might only be part time, but demographics are going to kill passive income streams everywhere.
-
Just hope the England lads play well and come out unscathed. Not that bothered about the result. Season ended at Sunderland really.
-
Still haven't picked up a point since Mopo screwed the season over at Sunderland. Complete Muppet. Just want the season to end now and see a few of our lads on the plane to Brazil, injury free. Couldn't be arsed if we finish 17th to be honest. Don't give a rats about the Palace game.
-
Can't believe there are people on here supporting the jail dodging dog owning wheeler dealer. Bloke is a total bell end and although we were struggling when he arrived, we had stopped by the time he left. Because his input finished us completely. Will laugh loudly at his misfortunes until the end of time.
-
Need at least a point after the Sunderland debacle. There's an awful smell still hanging around after that crock of ****.
-
Mopo screwed the season at Sunderland and needs to be accountable for that. So far he's just denied culpability. And that's not good enough.

Saints 0 Liverpool 3 match reaction
Kingsbridge Saint replied to Glasgow_Saint's topic in The Saints
Mopo under pressure to get a result at improving Palace now. He mst surely be regretting that Sunderland team selection. Season drifting. -
Every time a Wanyama pass reaches a Saints player its like a small miracle has occurred. Add to that his lack of mobility. Needs to work really hard on his fitness and sort his distribution out. A good player, but not at the moment.
-
Mauricio Pochettino says Jos Hooiveld and @VictorWanyama the only fitness concerns ahead of the @LFC game. Both being assessed Promising - very promising. Wanyama would be a nightmare in this game, with his constant loose passing being exploited by a fast breaking Liverpool team. And Jos is worth a one goal start to anyone.
-
Barbarellas anyone? Fridays in London Road?
-
Tommy Smyth. King of the Idiots. Has to be the worst, though dead pan Tyldesley runs him close. Tyldesley sucks the joy and the life out of anything that's happening in the game. The polar opposite to the magnificent Jonathon Pearce.

A season that held so much promise...
Kingsbridge Saint replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Saints
We haven't picked up a point since we rested players and rolled over in the FA Cup. It allowed the rot to set in.
