  1. Videos of the protest http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=ejbN0E80qjE http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=sXx8ZVF4yac http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=y1Klrw2nSBo http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=GMgbZAV-N6o Saga's goal from a Saints perspective http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=WIR4xRz_HHY Saga's goal from a Swansea perspective (including the actual goal ) http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=AyBhyd3xUMo Oh and for anyone wondering (seeing as I can't post on the other thread), the Championship is repeated at 1 on ITV4 on Monday (not Tuesday).
  2. Sorry, that honestly wasn't supposed to sound patronising. I was just saying that Murray did used to play very defensively a lot of the time (even Federer used to moan about how boring his tactics were the first few times they played). But now, one of Murrays strengths is that he can swich almost instantly from defense to attack and he now was a wide range of shots at his disposal. People often moan that he plays too many drop shots, but I thiink it's his favourite shot and probably the most difficult for opposing playerrs to return when he gets them right. He also seems to find angles which don't even look physically possible a lot of the time. Not to mention his serve which seems to improve every time I watch him... Having said that, no one will ever come close to Federer as far as I'm concerned. Bloody brilliant player. Nadal is a **** (imo of course).
  3. whooooosh lol au revoir means goodbye in french
  4. Firstly, I'd like to say Laura Robson is even less english than Murray. She's Australian. But, I'm more than happy to adopt her as a British player, and think she has a good career ahead of her. After all, we all know what happened to the last British girl that won the Wimbledon and Australian open girls singles don't we? That's right, Annabel Croft became arguably the second greatest ever presenter of Treasure Hunt. That may have been true about a year or 2 ago, but if you know much about tennis and have been watching him since Wimbledon last year it's easy to see he's turning into a great player (his match last week against Verdasco was very poor by his standards....taking nothing away from Verdasco though) and I honestly believe (all British bias aside) he's one of the most entertaining players on the tour today. I doubt he'll ever win Wimbledon, but am almost certain he'll win either the US or Australian Open within the next 5 years.
  5. I've been saying for a while that the likes of Swansea and Hull should be seen as an inspiration for clubs like Saints. We think we've had it bad in recent years, but they're probably experienced worse in their past. It'd be nice if we could learn from them and unite for the good of our club. I've watched Swansea a few times this season, including midweek at Preston and honestly don't think their quality would look out of place in the Premiership. We will be in for a tough time on Saturday, but if we play to our full potential we're still in with a shout. (For the record, I think Swansea will get promoted via the play-offs this season)
  6. We should advertise David McGoldrick on the hoardings of all Premeirship clubs this weekend. It's bound to boost his price. Perhaps we could design some sort of moving advert for the special ones at Old Trafford?

I googled her, and this came up:
  8. http://www.swanseacity.net/page/Press/0,,10354~1534278,00.html Sounds ominus...especially after getting motm last night too.
  9. I really really really wouldn't underestimate Swansea if I were you. They were blooming good tonight (although Dyer was motm), and about 13 games unbeaten now (against a lot of good teams...Cardiff, Pompey, Reading, Burnley, Preston, Histon etc).
  10. I was at the Swansea v Preston match this evening and a very good Swansea performance (very very good actually), Dyer was named man of the match again. He seemed to get the crowd pretty excited everytime he got the ball and helped set up a couple of Swansea's goals. Still not a finished product though...he became a bit predictable towards the end of the match and ran into dead ends a lot of the time.
  11. Henry at Arsenal?
  12. I'm not knocking TT for his suggestions but this argument ridiculously specific. You may as well say Surman is better than Gerrard because Stevie G has never scored a hattrick against Barnsley!
  13. The closest I found....Dyers goal (at the end of this video). http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=INwBjBRvdpI Note the outstanding atmosphere the world's best supporters are creating. Truely remarkable fans.
  14. On the plus side this is the ideal oppotunity for ITV to give us extended highlights from funny camera angles on the Championship next weekend. P.s. This is a disaster for Saints.
  15. I would love it, if one day someone could include me in this. It's all I've ever really wanted from the internet.
  16. Spelling mistake, surely?
  17. Cut down the forum skin? Didn't you get that done when you were younger?
  18. I can't help but think it's not really forced if there's another alternative.
  19. Exactly....we know how Burnley must be feeling.
  20. All hail King Harry Houdini-Potter. What an incredible manager he is!
  21. Have I missed the thread for the best loan B team? Alan Bennett should be in it.
  22. Lowe wasn't invented until 1996 either. It's like he and football were destined to be together.* * Read the first post properly LOL
  23. Retired TSF mod?
  24. Erm......even if they lose today they'll still be just 1 point off safety, with half the season remaining and probably the best squad on paper of all the teams in the bottom half. I'd far rather it was a draw today. Having said that, I don't really give a crap.
