Tbf I very much doubt she's making it up. But yes, maybe she is turning it into a publicity stunt...she has the ability to whether you like it or not. So what? Perhaps, in a roundabout sort of way her having cancer is helping to raise awareness for the disease (as if it needs to be raised), and therefore potentially helping others to have a chance of beating it. I agree with some of the posters on this thread....no matter how much you hate someone (seriously, I find it hard to imagine many people finding Jade Goody as annoying as I do!), I could never wish for her to die, or have cancer. It's just a sickening and disgusting thing to think, especially to someone who has young children.
