Thought Murty's looked decent when I've seen him and would sign him up. Played well today.

Fair Summary, we were very poor. Team was: --------------Poke------------- James--Perry--Lancashire--Mills Thomson--Wotton--Pulis--Gobern ----------Saga-----John--------- As said above Stern played quite well Saga looked dis-interested. Pulis and Wotton did the same job.....holding in front of defence (Neither did that too well!!). Mills was ok. Perry Solid as usual. Thomson and Gobern not involved although Gobern was better when he went in the centre of midfield. I usually like Poke but he was bad tonight especially dealing with crosses. Forecast I don't rate but didn't have much too do. Paterson was good tonight looked hungry when he came on.

I think this is a fair summary. Especially as I think Gillet, Davis and Perry are our most important players.

The Skates had Robert Posinecki as well for a season who was quality, I hate to say! Although he wasn't in the side that got promoted but was a few years later. Was he a friend of Milan's thats how they got him?

This is the crazy thing, no clubs shows Managers too much Loyalty these days but the same goes for Managers and Players. And People wonder why managers decide to leave for so call 'bigger clubs'. This is the sad state of English Football these days, I really think that should a team be relegated with a manager who has achieved promotion the manager (within reason) should be given the chance to rebuilt.

I agree and I honestly think Tisdale is this person, we need a manager who is going to be here for the long ride not just one or two seasons, this obviously means the club needs the managers loyalty as well as the club being loyal to the manager but the manager most do a good job to start off with. Matinez had experience of lower league English football as he signed for Wigan in 1995. Very few Managers will succeed in the lower leagues of English football without the knowledge of it, this is why the next manager needs to be British or from British Football.

Yeah the Villa game at home thought Jakobsson was alright only to get injured when 2-0 up and replaced by Davenport who was truely shocking, we lost 3-2. How has Davenport had so many premiership sides, he is truely awful!

Always Liked Dave Jones and you just have to feel for him, no one deserves that. To be accussed of the worst crime and be innocent especially when to convicted criminals are believed, absolute joke. He's been very unlucky at Cardiff especially this year, I wish him all the best for the future.

I think this is a fair post. He has acted brilliantly and at least with him staying until owners are found we are getting a half decent pre-season cause were all ready behind in the league and need to be prepared to battle ASAP. Wotte has acted admirable and has been a credit even though not getting paid, constantly seeing other people being linked with his job etc. Not my choice to remain in the position once new owners are found.

Got to say I'm not Crouch's biggest fan nut I think to criticise him after what he's done is very low. The backers of Pinnacle unfortunately used Crouch and Le Tissier, Le Tissier to gain support and Crouch for his money (if he made the deposit). Their Story like Wilde's changed a few times in statements.

Keegan and Coppell unrealistic. Boothroyd good shout along with Ince but whats wrong with Tisdale??? Nothing!! Tisdale has done a good job at Team Bath and Exeter. Every manager has to start somewhere and be given a chance. He certainly deserves his at a bigger club. Got one at least one more promotion than Ince! Ince obviously has that big reputation as a player.

The Administrator would have sold him, they said the fee was agreed before the exclusivity deal was signed on the website. I think once a fee is agreed the selling club cannot pull the plug. From now on Pinnacle will have any say on deals agreed unless there were any other bis accepted which I doubt it. £400k is not a lot especially as only £200k is up front, there have to be add on's surely.

Will be gutted if we loose him, one of the better players IMO. Hard worker, can tackle and Pass. We need to build a team around players like him.

Look at the resources between the 2 (If we get a buyer!) and tell me there is not a massive gap in potential and that Saints will be a step down. This is one of the stupidist comments I have read on this forum. If he was offered and turned it down it would be because he is loyal to Exeter or believe a bigger opportunity will come along, like Championship club capable of promotion to the premiership.

I agree thought he looked brilliant and had loads of energy today constantly on the overlap, he was at Leeds at the start of the season but is now apprantely playing for Slough. He would certainly be a welcome addition to the squad, great pro and example.
