This. It is also obvious that other teams now double or triple mark him to try and stop him.

Sarcasm does not become you CEC Actually I am, and always was, happy with NA's appointment but I agree with St Lard's observation. But then Saints are a team that we all watch closely week on week. If we were to do the same with the Brightons/ Huddersfields/ Posh would we see them on par for any larger a percentage of the match?

I think that we are getting just a little bit pious here aren't we. If we were guilty of cheating then so is virtually every club in the country. It still incomprehensible to me that Barclay's put us into adminsitration with an overdraft of £5m which, even with the support base we had at the time, was sustainable. Then you look and see other clubs build up ODs of several 10s of millions with impunity!!

That's why he fell asleep -
Don't they already do that on here?

James, how did you get Kevin's logon details?

Fonte: Chamberlain should stay, for now.

I find it difficult to believe that the lad's Dad would divulge information like that even to close acquaintances unless he trusted them - in which case his trust has been misplaced. -
I say! Sir! I think that you might have got that wrong!

Personally, I find grilled journalist tastier -
Perhaps not, but have you watched every other League 1 keeper week in week out?

Saints 1 V 0 Bristol Rovers, post match sighs of relief..

We don't but that is because we are missing a player that Derry thinks is useless. -
Oh Bugger! (Goes back to the drawing board with Deppo's biography)

Now is a time for people to be pulling the same direction. I don't think threads like this at this stage are any help at all.
-
Do we really want to ask players to scrap for promotion for us just to tell them on this thread that we don't want them next season?
-
No chance - no sooner would you have voted on your first instalment than you would cancel your membership of the forum. NC rules. PS Lallana by a country mile.
-
Unlikely and, to be honest, I don't really care. I am far more interested in ensuring that we keep the automatic promotion spot. If, in the course of doing that, we sneak past Brighton - well that would be a nice bonus.
-
I strongly suspect that if you watched Brighton week in week out you would probably make the same observation. Effective teams win even when not totally convincing.
-
What is so stupid? Lallana has the quickest feet of any saints player I've watched. Bale and Lallana are just different players. In my opinion Lallana is already a Premiership player and I still cannot believe that we managed to sign him to a 4 year deal. There will be big money offers come the end of season.

Why did Bradley Wright Phillips get a standing ovation FFS?

Why did Bradley Wright Phillips get a standing ovation FFS?
St_Tel49 replied to Turkish's topic in The Saints
As he also did last night. He was pretty popular until he got involved with that shennanigins with Nathan Dyer. I have no problem with his ovation which, as others have said, was hardly a standing ovation. -
Naah! You both would
-
No they weren't - they were all straight down the keeper's throat.

I think that your friend was texting rubbish. We were playing well but with no end product. I have seen far worse first halves this season. It was actually quite an exciting match. MK DOns weren't rubbish and passed the ball well. I would say that them going two goals up had more to do with defensive lapses of concentration (especially the first) than with general bad play.
-
Not sure that I agree about Harding. He did a lot of good work up to the box but spoiled it with a series of woeful crosses.
-
My sightline was directly along the line of that shot and to be fair to Davies he may have been partly unsighted by Butterfield. There was a lot of venom in the shot too. The main blame for the goal though lies with the fact that our defenders were caught out of position.
