Liam Fox said that to prevent trade disruption we would replicate current trade deals with 40 countries. So far trade deals have been signed with ..... 0 countries. So unless Fox pulls his finger out, stops blaming others and does something pretty fast I think it will be trade disruption !!

Thank God that you can always depend on Everton. A couple of years ago Josh Sims embarassed Koeman. Last year they were so poor that they made MoPe look good. 4 1 then and it would not have been a travesty if that scoreline had been repeated this year. No wonder their fans are always so quiet - definitely amongst the worst to visit SMS. They think they are a big team, spend lavishly and then fail to deliver on the pitch. Why did they out muscle us and other teams and pay Walcott so much if they only put him on the bench ??? With Ralph in charge everything looks so much better for us than a few weeks ago. He along with managers like Klopp and Pochettino seem to be a new breed of manager. They seem to actually like their players and encourage a good team spirit. The likes of Mourinho could well learn from their example.

So 30 months after coming into power May thinks that it is time now to talk to MPs and work out what sort of Brexit we should have. If only this process had started 30 months ago. Europeans and the rest of the world must think we are mad. If it wasn't so important it would be hysterically funny. In my lifetime we have had some good prime ministers and some poor ones. May must go down in history as being the most stupid, stubborn and hopelessly out of touch Prime minister this country has had to suffer. The sooner we find someone with a modicum of competence (thus ruling out Boris and David Davis) to replace her the better.

The OP is clearly a manic depressive. Ignore him and let him wallow in his own miserable world. Don't be sucked into it and just enjoy having " our football team back ".
-
Never having seen him play is never normally a reason for you to diss a player is it. Normally just having them put on a Saints shirt makes you slag them off.
-
Truth or fake news??? Heisenberg. The Donald Trump of the Saintsweb.
-
It's all right. Heisenberg will find loads of comments from Nice fans saying how s hite he is.
-
But Heisenberg - does he make up derogatory quotes about our young players who you havent seen play as you do ???
-
Brilliant response. I got 4/1that you would make up 5 or more derogatory comments about Alfie Jones. You sure came good making up more than 5. Many thanks - kerchong.
-
Most of the comments on the St Mirren forum are complimentary about him with the majority of posters being sorry to see him return to us. It would seem that he was certainly improving. It is so unlike you to diss a player associated with Saints.
-
What is the general opinion of Alfie Jones ?? I have not seen him play live but he has looked ok in clips I have seen. He has been recalled from his loan at St Mirren and with Maya playing in the Asian Cup and Hoedt being frozen out , CHDAJFU ??

So Barnet it is then.

I agree with this. A great day out which would have been just a tad better if we had won.
-
I suppose if he went to Fenerbahce he , the V man and his other hangers on could spend their free time gawping at Turkish belly dancers rather than scrawny Bournemouth strippers.
-
Is that for them to win the league or for them just to be promoted ? It would be awful if these odds were for the title yet they got promoted as runners up or in the play offs. It would be lose / lose for Glasgow.

I think you are wrong. I cannot see May lasting long after29 March if we do leave then.Clearly the bookies think the same. If we don't leave on 29 March it will be due to a referendum being called. Either way the status quo will be upset.
-
Sorry . I think you have got this wrong. The referendum was in June 2016. From your figures above the pound weakened considerably between Jan 2016 and 2018. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.

If the phrase is goof enough to be used by members of Her Majesty's government it is good enough to be used by "even" me.

He probably meant the last 2 and a half years since the day of the Brexit vote when the pound rapidly fell by 20 % against the a dollar and the euro and has never recovered. Mind you current exchange rates will look unbelievably good if we crash out of the eu with no deal.
-
Why would they dare to want to go abroad ? Don't they know that "They got their country back " ???
-
Ok. Lets assume that he had got that decision right and disallowed the goal. Lets also assume that he had noticed Bednarek being rugby tackled in the penalty area at the corner which led to their second goal. Their second would have been disallowed and we would have had a penalty. I would have preferred competent, consistent reffing to the mess that we saw on Thursday night. In true Batman style the implication is that all our fans are hypocrites yet in true Batman style you miss the full picture.

Obsessed by Dover ??? He is obsessed by the entire subject of Brexit and the crackpot views of other right wing obsessices.

Difficult to get to the champions league in front of crowds of below 10,000. They wpuld be the only ones who would stomach another season and half of Puel's style of football.
-
Ok. I may have had too much Chistmas spirit (hic !) but I have been looking at Bookmakers odds for the Premier League for the rest of the season. We are 500 /1 to finish in the top 6 which is fair enough. I don't think that is a realistic option for us but 10/1for us to finish in the top half looks quite generous. We are 10 points behind 10th place atm and with half a season left and our recent form upgrade , I do not think that is a bad bet. It must be unlikely that we finish in the top half but if we were certain to do this we wouldn't be 10 / 1.If we do a palace / Leicester and get any sort of result against Man C / Chelsea our odds will drop.
-
I can remember going to Maine Road on several occasions and seeing us win. We even won in 2003 just before the cup final when Man City were having a big farewell ceremony. A pity we didn't continue this when they moved to their new stadium!!!
