My gut instinct. I'd be staggered if we have significantly improved from the AAP3 deal. I couldn't give a flying one who sponsors us, would just like to get the best possible deal for the club.

From the sponsors perspective. The point of it to us should be about making the most money, which we don't appear very well at doing.

We seem to want to do the company that are sponsoring us a favour, rather then the other way around.

And we are certainly tapping into those commercial revenue streams that Ralph was on about, my going absolute small time once again.

Probably, but Shaw, Lallana, Morgan and Lovren are all too good for us if we have no intention of pushing on. Lets hope our ambition matches theirs.

It's certainly going to come hard. I guess the last player to leave who I really didn't want to was Chamberlain, but that was a no brainer with us being in League 1.

Wouldn't it be lovely for MP, AL and LS to all sign new long term contracts, nobody leave and 3/4 significant improvements in. We'd have the chance to actually do something for once. I guess I/we are going to have to get used to it, because this is our level, I fear we will never go any higher.

I'm putting myself in his shoes - I'm the same age as him, I trained with him as a kid at Saints. I absolutely love this football club but if I had the talent he had, i'd be asking myself am I going to achieve everything I could do whilst here? Of course I'm not, but it'd be bloody near on impossible to leave, I think we saw that tonight. He'll go with his head though, only MLT has ever followed his heart.

Out of every single player, I'd be most gutted about seeing Lallana leave. Long summer ahead, and lets be honest, if he has an amazing World Cup the chances of him staying are even slimmer.
