    Dilemma

I agree with this. Cork has taken our midfield to a new level, and dictates how we play. We'd be weaker long-term without him influencing things. It's nice to have that versatility in the team though.
  2. It outweighs it for the majority of fans, but unfortunately we have a group of fans who are waiting for us to fail just so they can make these points. I really really don't understand it. This is such a positive club to support at the moment, I'm loving it.
  3. They think it's like football manager. Make a bid, get it accepted, press OK and the player is yours. It should only take a few minutes to make a signing apparently,
  4. Should have been a foul, no question. Rubbish decision.
  5. I think one of them was actually down to Fonte, albeit he did slip.
  6. Adkins will never ever comment about speculation, only when a deal is all but done. Annoys me that the media keep trying.
  7. 12 points from a possible 15. 12 goals in 5 league games. there really isn't anything to moan about. We could do with a CB, and I'm sure Adkins feels the same. The lads have done bloody well so far though.
  8. First 45 cost us the game due to our inept defending. Looks like Sven played the usual ''cautious" card in the 2nd half, which allowed us to get on top. Sounded like a great effort by us.
  9. Good effort lads. Not a great first half, but the 2nd half was immense. We're going to have a good season.
  10. This could be any score for Leicester, we're that bad at the back.
  11. Not surprising, with the money they've spent they should be at a level above us really.
  12. This will get lost in this thread. Just email them directly.
  13. Forums performing well as expected.
  14. Could be a long afternoon! Sounds like horrendous defending.
  15. We're unchanged again. Saints vs Leicester: Davis. Richardson, Fonte, Seaborne, Harding. Guly, Hammond ©, Cork, Lallana. Connolly, Lambert On the bench for Saints today: Bialkowski, Schneiderlin, Fox, Martin and De Ridde
  16. Ward-Prowse and Stephens look utter class.
  17. According to reports in the Hull Daily Mail, Leicester City striker Martyn Waghorn would favour a move to Hull City over Southampton after the Foxes gave him permission to leave the club before the transfer window closes.
  18. Pretty sure that's not the spec we're looking for. We want a striker that will come in and improve what we have long-term, and challenge all of our forwards, we want someone who'd be pretty much first choice with Lambo, not a backup.
  19. Have you see him play? I have, and he's not slow.
  20. Yep. Little live wire really and would add something to our front line that we don't currently have. He just needs games, Sven hasn't included him since he came in and bought all his mates (Vassell etc) Leicesters decision to let strikers go lately hasn't been great anyway, Fryatt is also quality as Hull are seeing..
  21. I'm not...it's not the end of the world for me, either way.
  22. I can still see us getting either Jay Rod or Maynard, I reckon we'll go in with a bigger deal next week. And the clubs could be very tempted then.
  23. Waghorn was quality for Leicester a few seasons ago, so much so they paid £3m for him. He's still young and has just been called up to the U21's. He's got good pace, lots of energy and can play either flank as well. I thought he was a quality player at Leicester when they actually played him. Wouldn't be disappointed with this at all. Not sure what peoples complaints are on this one, just because he's an outcast at another club? He's alot more proven than Baldock for example.

    Sam Baldock

MK Don's could reject it though, as we've offered a better deal.

    Sam Baldock

Maybe that's why we've thrown a player in too? Our deal will still look more attractive to MK then.
