I arrived late for the Bournemouth league game this year (around 20 mins late) and the gates in the Kingsland were still open when I got there, still a few people running in at that point.

They are struggling, I think the fixtures are catching up with them now and their squad depth is showing up against the likes of West Ham etc. I reckon they're in big trouble, but at least they've made a good fist of it - more than most thought they'd do!

I wasn't far off with that one at all.

At least they haven't waited until they play us! That's usually par the course for managerial changes.

I'm still none the wiser.

TBF they've been competing very well with a team like that.

Danny has barley put a foot wrong all season, he doesn't deserve to be dropped. The only extra thing Fraser has in his locker is his recovery pace - but other than that there's nothing between them. We're lucky to have 2 very equal and talented RB's for this level.

TBH if we were the team scraping 6th, and we went up, you'd all be saying the system is fantastic. - We almost did it in the championship a few years ago. I think it extends the season and creates extra excitement, teams that never have a chance of competing with the top 3 can believe and dream of going up by scraping 6th. Burnley and Blackpool would have never got their chance otherwise.

Colchester's last home defeat was way back in November, so this result isn't too shabby at all.

We'll win well.

Looking forward to this one. Could put ourselves into a great position for Saturday if Bournemouth drop points away at Exeter....

We've got Bompey away, MK Dons at home and Brighton away.

A win is a win, doesn't matter if it's against 10 players or 11 players. Not sure why some people are after some sort of 100% perfection out of every game we play.

But if we take points off Bournemouth in the game there, then we'd go a few points above them ''If'' we win our games in hand.

From what I heard it sounded like he ran over to Butterfield, raised hands and pushed him.

We've been playing for 2nd for a few weeks tbh. I think we'll get there in the end.

A draw at Bompey would be a good result - takes points off them at the end of the day and we'd still have our games in hand.

It's better than it was, a couple of slow patches but it seemed to come back to life quite quickly.

Really good result. Colchester is a tough place to go for any team. Bournemouth and P'Boro have lost there this season, and their home record is usually top notch. It was a completely professional display and we now have a massive chance on Tuesday night.

But we had a bad 25min patch at the start, therefore it's not good enough and the entire squad should be replaced.
