Just watching Bale against Arsenal, what on earth has happened to him. Crap touch, seems to have lost that bit of pace, can't beat the first defender with a cross and keeps giving the ball away. He needs to move ASAP or his career will go completely down the toilet.

That's a pretty big statement for him to make - it was only in the last 3 years he's worked with him too, at Charlton of all places. I still think his time at Charlton was dictated by the club and the boardroom - not down to his ability as a manager. He's kind of got a free reign here and hopefully he can go on to prove why he was once a candidate for the England job.
