I don't think they'll be in a scrap, but it will be a bit of a comedown. Mid-table beckons for them and normal service resumed with Pep, Mourinho, Conte and co at the top. Bournemouth will struggle next year as well in my opinion, the fact they're on 40 pts says it all really. Rubbish season for all.

The fact that Arsenal, Utd, City, Chelsea are so far behind that rabble is an offence. No wonder all their jobs at at risk/changing in the summer. I'd even go as far to say Spurs have been a bit **** to not win it this year, especially when you look at the standard of Leicester and the standard of their players. Wes bloody Morgan will lift the trophy ffs! The typical journeyman lower league defender, he's just about brute force and fouls. Reminds me of Darren Moore for Derby in the NPC. I don't want to come across as bitter or jealous, as I'm not, but let's be honest, the standard of the league this year has been nothing short of horrific.

Tadic was great in his movement today, but his final pass and the timing of his releasing of the ball is so often pants.

It was kinda a gimmie 3 points really, not just based on their team but how they played as well. Fans on their backs, kids in the team, continuously conceding possession to us. But we just don't take games by the scruff of their neck. If we had a ruthless streak we'd have done this lot 4 or 5 today, criminal we didn't win really.

Criminal that we didn't win that, I don't think we'll ever have a better chance to not just claim 3 pts - but totally destroy Everton. They didn't turn up, but neither did our attack for a change.

Haven't bought one in years to be honest. I see no need these days. I have a chat before the game, at HT and after the game. Don't have time to read a programme. and then as has been said, everything in the programme is online anyway.

He needs a good pre-season behind him, then we'll see what he's all about.

I wonder when Martinez will be sacked? What a pants job he has done at Everton with the players he has at his disposal.

It was a strange game really, I didn't think we played particularly well after we went ahead early on. Newcastle were pretty abysmal though, the way that team has been built is a joke. They have no one who can defend in that team at all. We did labor a little more than i thought we would in the 2nd half, but the 3rd goal did kill it off. A win is a win at this stage of the season, we've got some very good games coming up in the next few weeks. I know people are worried about the games in hand all the other sides have, but I've always preferred to have the points on the board rather than games in hand. It's been a weird season, somewhat lower in quality, yet we're not far off from last year at all.
