I say the same thing every week, waste of time these lads trying to compete at this level.
-
Have you seen how much their fringe players cost? They won't play kids. Big week for us with Burnley and Watford to play as well could be six- pointers
-
We now get to do it twice in a month
-
Early injury to a Wolves defender and Spurs are winning comfortably, Wolves just seem really out of sorts at the moment which worries me.
-
Wolves play tonight as well, hopefully a tough game v Spurs , not sure how many changes they've made.
-
Fingers crossed we get Sunderland at home in the next round , any decent opponents and we won't get away with Valery and Gorilla
-
Yes painful viewing, throwing it away, last year weren't they awarded a lucky pen and it went downhill from there. As usual thousands of home end seats still available for this game, Wolves have sold out 3,337, great following from them for a Sunday lunchtime

We were pretty close to him in the first half, at times he looked absolutely knackered getting his breath back, I'd like to see him play a couple of u23 games and excel at that level before stepping up.
-
I was behind the right of the goal last night, thought he looked way off the pace and Salisu spent a lot of time trying to guide him. Wouldn't have helped having Valery next to him who was also poor. First game so I'm sure he needs time to get some fitness but a lot of improvement needed from the Gorilla.

I agree the next run of fixtures looks better than our first 5, however I also agree with others who worry where our goals are going to come from. How many league games have we won in 2021?
-
The walk to the ground must have knackered Spurs, they were terrible, could have been 6 or 7 if Chelsea took their chances.
-
Should either let these nippers join the tyro league to allow them to stand a chance, or start letting some of the older players not getting regular first games feature to get some minutes and add some competition.
-
Actually just looked it up, December 2014 that game was , apparently was Che Adams senior debut for Sheff Utd. Our record against them seems good in recent times, did the double over them in both the last two seasons, you'd hope they would make a few changes as well and prioritise the Championship.
-
Should be, and do like the look of that line up, but the 1/4 final defeat up there under Koeman still feels fresh in the memory.
-
Excellent performance and result, Ralph and players deserve a lot of credit, just a shame the corruption within the Premier league once again showed itself. Good to build an unbeaten run to 5 games, feels a big week now with Sheffield United giving us a chance to progress in the cup and get the winning feeling back and then Wolves , despite their poor start they'll be tough to beat.
-
My daughter loved it last night, the atmosphere was good for kids and they didn't really notice the lack of quality on the pitch. What are the chances of actually hosting the tournament in Australia with the totalitarian covid obsessed govt in place?
-
It's poor in my opinion, I remember Man City in the 3rd division, we played them over two legs in the 2nd round of the Carling Cup, they still were getting 25k - 30k regularly at that level. Most of them weren't bothered about expanding the ground and trying to compete with United for tourists. That said the lengths they are going to to fill the ground seem a bit extreme now
-
Same, not received yet.
-
I was joking but on reflection it's a good introduction to English football, they'll be physical, game without the pressure of a big crowd.
-
Not sure he's going to be ready for the challenge of Oli McBurnie and Billy Sharp front line.
-
He always does this, and praises us after we gift them 5 goals. For me it's not a case of if we'll lose just by how much
-
I'm sure Hassenhuttl (note not used first name) will ask his old pals at Leipzig to injure a few for us
-
Orient made quite a few changes as well so it was a weakened league two side.
-
To be fair covid travel restrictions will have prevented a lot of our international fan base from attending , being on the south coast we can include more of Western Europe within our catchment
-
Apparently they are only opening two stands and not expecting a big crowd so shouldn't be too bad finding a space. Not sure how many we've sold but doubt we'll have more than 600 up there.
