I don't remember Watford being much better than Saints on the day. I seem to remember Saints playing well for long periods of the game and being let down by traditional poor Saints defending late in the game.

Great memories of a week out there. Seem to remember eating out and drinking all night in bars and it only costing a fiver each night :-) I've never been so wet at a game though having arrived at the ground early and leaving my waterproof coat at the hotel. Even though the ground was a bit of a dump and uncovered i thought the atmosphere was great. Anyone remember the Saints fans swapping his saints top for a tiny flag from a local fan at the game?

Unless Saints get some fullbacks and learn how to defend we are going to lose more than we win as we don't score enough goals from the chances/possession in games. I hope i'm proved wrong but i only had 3 wins and 3 draws for those games.

Or another fact is they narrowly failed to qualify for Euro 2008 with a group including France and Italy and having beaten France home and away. Given their lack of resources and players it would be a great achivement to qualify for any major tournament these days. Scotland lost narrowly away to Macedonia recently a team England failed to beat at home not long ago.

Sorry but you need to get some facts right. Maloney has played on the left side plenty of times for club and country. Scotland have played one up front for some time and the manager changed this early in 2nd half to 442. McFadden was struggling with a groin strain at half time acording to GB. Boyd was due to be dropped for the next squad due to his poor attitude and is currently not able to get into Rangers 1st team. Have not seen any quotes from GB slagging off the player before Boyd threw his toys out of the pram.
