  1. Wince. He'd been doing alright, but it all fell apart with that pathetic effort at goalkeeping.
  2. Why the **** didn't Long just smash that at goal?
  3. Say what you like about Moi but **** me he's got a dangerous cross on him!!
  4. I don't think he has "all the attributes to be a top player" at all. I'd put composure and shooting ability right at the top of the list of required attributes and he lacks both. Massively. Bournemouth match was yet another reminder of this - his goal was via a deflection ,Boruc would've saved it otherwise - and the less said about the post incident the better. He has shown consistency in these failings throughout his career.
  5. Armstrong lol. **** me that pathetic bit of ‘football’ that led to the 3rd goal.
  6. Awful player but I don’t think he’s even our worst signing of the last few seasons. Step forward and take a bow Mr Elyounoussi.
  7. Yes, like Musgraves’ “High Horse”. Crows “Silver Tongues” another superb recent effort.
  8. Facepalm. Anyone know the Austrian for persiflage?
  9. Google translated it: "Avoiding relegation this season is virtually a miracle in my opinion. The players are ****. My old pal Ralph has done a great job. Southampton need to urgently invest in some new players and I would suggest they buy some players from RB Salzburg on the advice of Ralph. Sorry for being so frank Southampton, but you gotta be told"
  10. No need to apologise Vienna07 pal the job Ralph has done and the (avoidance of) relegation he has achieved is pretty ****ing miraculous tbh particularly given he had zero financial backing.
  11. That is a terrible stat and proof we lack nous, staying power, and plain old ******. Still, we're not going down and I'd back Ralph to sort the problems out ASSUMING he is given reasonable £ backing.
  12. I've concluded he is not good enough whatsoever at this level.
  13. Much better already
  14. It's getting to the stage where us winning a corner is a reason to be fearful of conceding. Ridiculous. As for the match generally we have looked properly ****. Weak in the tackle, slow, giving the ball away easily. One of dem days I suppose.
  15. Worried about arrogance like this. Could see us bang in trouble.
  16. Night’s getting better (cheeky Barca Brighton win double with correct scores)
  17. I’m not. C’mon Cardiff make my day.
  18. Yeah wayward shot or pass but there’s clearly ability there which a good manager should back himself to be able to develop, he’s got genuine skill that most players simply don’t. All comes down to Ralph really, if he doesn’t think he’s up to it or doesn’t fit that’s good enough for me.
  19. Carragher enjoying the action again today. Time to turn over to the Masters.
  20. Would make my season if they go down. I ****ing hate them.
  21. Ok. On this occasion I agree to disagree. Enjoy your evening Batters, and I do know what you mean but they did not play us off the park.
  22. They didn't. Kind of. By your logic Leicester kind of got played off the park on their way to winning the title. It's not all about who had the ball for most of the game.
  23. Wolves did not play us off the park whatsoever and anyone who claims they did is an utter bellend. The game ebbed and flowed, they certainly had their periods of dominance, but ultimately Ralph managed the game out well and after the double substitution we never looked like losing. Played off the park
