I'll say it again, anyone who thinks this is a mid-table squad that is just in need of a good manager is utterly delusional. At least 4 new players who will fit immediately into the first team and hit the ground running required, and even if we get them we may well be too far adrift by the time we get them. We have comfortably the worst defence in this league, and tbh I don't think that would be too far from the truth if the league they were playing in was the Championship. No other team I can ever remember seeing at this level has the amount of ridiculous basic errors in it than this one does. Truly unbelievable.

Exactly. That defensive display was possibly the worst I have ever seen in this league. Cardiff should have had more. Abysmal. But then look at the other end - **** all created all match. Against CARDIFF. Our problems are all over the side, the players we bought in the summer to improve us have made us worse. Vestergaard is WORSE than Hoedt. Let that sink in for a minute. We have 3 of the top 6 to play before we can buy anyone to do anything about this utterly embarrassing shambles, and I wouldn't back us to get anything in the other game against Huddersfield.

He's really quite unimpressive isn't he? Generally we look unlikely to score but likely to concede. Not a great combination but a familiar one.

With the squad as it is we're down. Simply not enough quality can barely think of 5 players I would be sorry to see gone. Need at least 3 signings in Jan who will immediately go into and improve the starting 11. Then we might scrape survival and build from there.

After just seeing the goals on MOTD agree. FFS Vestergaard was supposed to be the remedy to our CB shortcomings. What was it £19m for slow dumb defending like that on both goals. Sadly Yoshida was sh!t in both cases as well. If we can’t sort this we are ****ed because we’ll always concede even when we play well.
