Does he not share some of the blame for this though ? Apart from in his own mind of course. Not sure his teams falling apart and conceding so easily will enhance his standing with all the big French clubs he's thinking of.

If MP is left scratching his head, then perhaps he is not quite the manager that he would like to think Monaco,/PSG/Milan think him to be...

Many said the season finished at Sunderland.

The end of the line is nigh for old saggy chops
Badger replied to Yorkshire Saint's topic in The Saints
nah, he'll go back to 'is spiritual home of Nottarf Krap in non league, -
His comments certainly did nothing to quell the speculation did it ? Hopefully a negotiating tactic, rather than his mind already being made up. Monaco ? I don't think MP has really done enough to warrant a job like that, but from his position, his "stock" has probably never been higher. My gut feeling remains that I don't expect MP to be here next season.

Just reverse the colours of the Ajax kit. Even the most incompetent retard in the Adidas kit design studio (even one on a day's work/therapy in the community project) should be capable of that. Black shorts.
-
perhaps they combined it with a visit to see Lovren recovering from having his scrotum stitched up.
-
Owner won't be involved in day to day running, so its the others who have to overlap. Where has a high profile DoF, or DoS actually worked ? it is an area that would give concern.
-
awful. But significant improvement on all red.

Perhaps he was Ottmar's 'fag' ? Anyone got a copy of 'Ottmar's Schooldays' ? Or perhaps a new literary project for Brarsey.
-
May very well be friends with him, but doubt they went to the same school, bearing in mind they grew up on different continents.

This is a little bit of a concern, and possibly the 'acid test' as far as MP is concerned. I think we're all pleased by RK's assurances he won't be treading on MP's toes, but will a Director of Sport or whatever give him the same sort of 'freedom' and be welcomed aboard ? This might get closer to SCW Mk II than RK will.
-
A critical point you missed in your summary (at about 19:55) is a reference to bringing in a Director of Sport.

Unless Ivory Coast, and Burundi have become part of South London, and West Midlands then I can't see that they should.

Does not bode well for their city: http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/news/local/pompey-takeover-is-an-inspiration-for-city-s-shipyard-1-5924942?WT.mc_id=Outbrain_text&obref=obinsite sorry if previously spotted and posted Just seen - article written by Ben Fishwick . Is it April 1st ?

Aged 18 or so , I dread to think of the insurance on that.

Remember seeing Peter Osgood driving up the Avenue in a MKIII Cortina once. Yes it was a top of the range model but so wildly beyond the average bod's dreams.
-
Don't think it will happen. As a Saints fan, Schneiderlin deserves international recognition, but it should be with France, rather than anyone else. He should not be eligible for England, it just makes a mockery of having a national team. Same goes for Zaha, Berhino (at WBA), and the Manc's Belgian-Croat kid.

Similar sort of turning circle.
-
Yes, but any optimism really ran out on reading that coming after yesterday.

Ok, fair point, although depending on how much they are looking for I wonder if we might do better, possibly on the continent. Then again, I expect Marshall would be better value, and proven in the Prem rather than the ludicrous money Celtic would expect for Forster.
-
Totally agree in principle, but would you get up in arms over Southampton St Mary's ? Not sure I would be so bothered about that, but any Red Bull type of b0ll0cks would have me in a rage.
-
Ever stopped to think Cardiff might want to keep him ? Just a thought.
-
I strongly disagree that we need someone just to challenge him, if the squad is to improve then we should be looking to bring in better than existing. IF we have £ then I can't believe we can't improve on Boruc.

Better have a good DVD with season ticket renewals or there will be more pictures of 'Kirk' and his Dad handing their tickets back in the Echo.
