Its probably too late for me to engage in a long debate,but do you think that Jurgen Klinsmann ,for the sake of an example, would be able and prepared to do battle in our current league ? If his beliefs and values were instrumental in influencing this and enhance the future of our club then better still.But really this is a matter solely for ML. Depend who is selecting,and how they are going about the process.It seems unlikely that Markus Liebherr will deploy part of the Mali Group HR dept. to undertake the process you have described and might be reguarded as standard in business or industry. Its more likely that Oldknow,and Cortese are drawing up a shortlist to present to ML.As Cortese has not been in the UK with a football club that long we might be dependant on Oldknow's knowledge,experience and judgement here.Let us hope he has canvassed some views from MLT !
