BBC Gossip column have a story from one of today's papers that Stoke want to sign him. Seemingly Pulis - god,I hate that name - thinks the fact OC's father played there will be a swaying factor!! Stoke...now that would be OC's career going down downhill. I also agree with the forget £10m view; probably rising to that figure,possibly with a couple more Tommy Forecast level players being thrown in until the end of the season.

Have to say that since that epic event in 1980 I have not heard a single Saints fan say they had any idea that the signing of KK was a possibility. No ITK'ers from that, although I have also wondered how different it might have been if the internet was around at the time.

No one had chance to say that about KK as no one had an inkling of a rumour before it was announced.
