He does every single time we’re shit (which is most weeks). Next time we win away and he comes over to do that noddy jazz hands shite, he should be told to fuck off. However, our nods will lap it up. If you’re going to skulk away without acknowledging the fans when we’re shit, then don’t give it the Klopp impression when we actually win. He’s a fucking fraud.

The last man standing from the birth of Rock and Roll has left the building. Crazy, dangerous and extremely talented, he was a one off. Rip Jerry….

Which is why it was so important that Boris got us out. The debate now is not between being “In” as was, or out. But bring “In” with the euro, Schengen, no rebate & ever closer union,or out. As a “rules based” organisation, it’s probably best to assume the previous deal is gone forever. Perhaps people like John Major, William Hague, Cameron & other senior remainers should have stopped pretending they were Euro sceptical for career enhancement and sold the project to the British people. If I was in your side they’re the ones I’d blame, not thick voters or Sir Nigel……

There is a striking difference between the way Remainers behave when we’re outside the EU to how Leavers reacted when the roles were reversed. They set up parties & contested elections, they persuaded people of their argument, they worked all hours under the sun to achieve their goal. What do remainers do, cry on twitter? Nigel stood in election after election, kept going and persevered, what did “Change UK” do? Threw the towel in after 1 go. Soubry could have been remains Nigel, instead she fucked off to post some gin soaked twitter posts. You’ve got a rabid remainer in charge of the Labour Party but he’s too frightened to make the case for rejoining, you’ve got remainers constantly banging on about the “disaster” of Brexit but all they want to do is whinge on the sidelines. Thank god we had Nigel and others on our side, people of action who were prepared to get their hands dirty, put the hours in and fight for what they believed in. These entitled chumps seem to think they don’t need to, and we’ll magically rejoin without breaking sweat.

Yeah, I agree. It was all the lads in my local were talking about yesterday, The Garth Crooks Saints Web thread. It’s really going to hurt his nationwide profile if the mods lock it.

I wonder why?

Yes, far better.

Correct. When VAR was first used the handball rule was amended so that any handball, intentional or not, which resulted in a goal would be chalked off. Now you can accidentally handle the ball and assist a goal. The goalscorer can’t, but anyone else can.

Just like our fans would be if those decisions went against us

The members have taken a lot of flak lately, but it’s not a one way street. Tory Mp’s are notorious for voting tactically and not voting for the best candidate. They vote for the best placed candidate to beat their hated candidate, they vote for career enhancement and for the favourite to stay in their good books. It’s gone on for years. The great lady had a cabinet full of “big beasts” but little Johnie major won because he wasn’t Hestletine or another suitable candidate, he was the least disliked candidate. Same with William Hague he won because he wasn’t Ken Clarke, IDS because he wasn’t Portillo. Their system was put in place to ensure a Jeremy Corbyn situation didn’t arise, where a fringe candidate wins via the members. But this only works if the MP’s send two people capable of doing the job to the members. They sent liz Truss because they wanted to stop Sunak. They knew her better than anyone, knew her limitations, yet gave her to the members. Yet now these people who play stupid political games, are the “grown ups” and the members are the ones not trusted to cast their vote. “You don’t like the result, change the electorate “ is hardly democratic values. Until the Leader of the party ceases to be PM (maybe they have a leader of party & a Westminster leader like the SNP do) the members should get a vote. They are the ones delivering leaflets, working for free to get the MPs elected. More light should be shone on the shenanigans and promises made during the Westminster rounds than blaming the members. No wonder hardly anyone is a member of a political party, both big parties treat them like mugs.

Away fans in home ends has gone on for years, the difference nowadays seems to be more twats wearing colours and celebrating goals. I don’t believe you’ll ever stamp it out through pricing or ticketing policy, you need stewards to do their job and the planks to stop making it so fucking obvious. I know a West Ham supporter who got tickets in the home end at Bournemouth . He turned up really early dressed in a suit, wandered down to the front & hopped over the fence. He then causally walked round the outside of the pitch to the away end and jumped over the barrier. Nobody said a word and one of the ground staff even said hello to him.

He’s been very good the last 2 games. Tactically spot on and a bit of fight from the players. Great decision to play Lyanco at full back, and got his subs right again. Let’s hope he doesn’t go all “Ralph” and start dicking around next week.

Southampton 1-1 Arsenal - Match Thread
Lord Duckhunter replied to Saint Matty 76's topic in The Saints
Another proper performance. Tough to beat, quick to get stuck in and horrible to play against. I wouldn’t want Lyanco as a son-in-law, whilst Perraud & Ćaleta-Car are also tough buggers that get in oppositions faces. Great to see. Flexibility from Ralph as well, spot on again for the second time this week. Elyounoussi & the keeper had their best games for the club, but Lyanco my Player without a womb of the match. Set the tone for the performance, got the fans up for it, but also showed excellent defensive qualities and was out of position.- 886 replies

Exactly. Look at Harry Kane. I’m not saying he’ll be anywhere near that standard, but writing him off already is fuckwittery of the highest order. If he does well on loan, he deserves a shot back with us. It’s not like we’re pulling up trees without him.

Complete and utter pony. They’d have voted Kemi & Braverman over Truss, they’d have voted Priti over her as well. It was nothing to do with his colour and everything to do with the perception he stabbed Boris. I know he’s the new Rory, every non Tory voters favourite Tory, but his colour had fuck all to do with it.

Watching the deranged meltdown of Lefties and the wokeriti when Big Dog wanders back into number 10 would be delicious, but unfortunately it’s not the time for a high spending Tory. realism not cakeism is the order of the day as the country is in a financial straight jacket. Regardless of previous indiscretions he’s not the man for this crises. The best thing for the Tory party is for him to go through to the members and then get beat, anything else will continue to poison the well. Sunak is the one the markets will want, and that’s probably what they’ll get.

Unity? I thought you were serious for a minute, until I read your “picks”.
