Where does being tolerant regarding racism from work colleagues sit?
-
The interesting thing will be what caused yesterday’s fuck up. Was it the QR codes on phones, the paper tickets issued to ST holders, single game paper tickets or ST cards. If it was mixture of all of them and the problem was the scanners I can see that being a right ball ache to fix.

Jack Stephens' passion & has he improved?

There was a distinct lack of stewards at the Kingsland entrance I used, just a couple stood behind a table making a token gesture when checking bags. They didn’t have a clue what was going on and just stood there whilst people tried multiple times to scan there tickets. I doubt they’d be able to check Covid status even if the wanted to. My mate was asked for it at Everton, whilst he was fumbling in his pocket to find his wallet and get his vaccine card out (he didn’t have app), the steward said “ I don’t have time for this” and let him through without actually seeing it.

I’ve always thought these buy back clauses were an insurance policy in case the player develops better than they though he would and it stops a rival buying him off us. Chelsea got burnt with De Bruyne and Salah so maybe want to protect themselves. If they thought he’d be in their first team in 2 or 3 seasons, surely they’d just loan him out as they’ve done with countless others. From his first 2 games you have to say he’s looked the part, but to be a top player you need to continue your progress after sides make specific plans for you, and get to know your game. A lot of good prospects get found out and can’t adapt and develop their game to kick on. Let’s hope he can as he looks a real talent.

He was excellent in the run in under Puel. He only came in once VvD got injured and did a good job partnering Yoshida. We had around half a dozen clean sheets in the 18 or so games he played including 0-0’s against Utd & Liverpool. You’re rewriting history. For a young man replacing the leagues best centre half, he did a fine job. The issue is he hasn’t developed and kicked on from that promising start.

He’s defo got something and his attitude is spot on. He’s a good passer of the ball and is comfortable on it, Played really well with Yoshida during VvD injury but hasn’t trained on from there. I’d like to see him next to a Fonte like organiser & a decent keeper before totally writing him off. -
Just watched the goal, and thought it was poor from the keeper. Not saying FF is better because they’re both pony, but he’s going to cost us 6 or 7 points this season. If we go down, that’ll be one of the main reasons and it’s unavoidable IMO.
-
WTF is this pony? 45.76, 56.73 Xg, RLM,ILM. Pony. We need a centre half to kick it and head it, and someone in nets to keep the ball out. That’s it, it’s simple..
-
Certainly got the right attitude. A bit limited, but certainly a proper bloke.
-
Can it be used against next years ST? I can’t believe there hasn’t been more shite over this. When I got in about 5 past I looked back and couldn’t believe the queues behind. Serious fuck up.
-
Yep, good performance from Ralph today. Changed things round second half and tactically affected the game.
-
Finally some cajones. Never really looked like conceding and defended properly. Fair play to Ralph, actually affected the game today. Great result

What on earth was going on before KO. What an absolute fucking shambles. Steward told me it was my fault for turning up so late. I told him “I’ve turned up the same time for 20 fucking years. Clowns
-
“I’ve had dealt with them” what the fuck does that mean?
-
Correct. They’re both ok as back up for a club of our standing. Personally, I prefer an experienced back up because they’ll be able to go weeks and weeks without playing, will prepare properly and will be ready to go when needed. I’ve no reason to doubt either are anything other than good solid professionals. There’s a bag of nails between them, but I’d imagine McCarthy will be cheaper, so will be the preferred option. I get the “we’re paying them so can’t buy anyone else” line, but to me, a ruthless manager gets someone else in. To muddle by on the basis we have to pay them is just nuts, unbelievable they’re so relaxed about it.
-
Thankfully he’s too tight to cough up a £5.
-
Honest? Unless he said “they’re both shite, I’ve known they’re both shite for the past year, but have done fuck all about it”, he was bullshitting.
-
Can he play in nets?
-
Personally, I’d rather he stopped opponents playing through us and protected the back 4 a bit more. Perhaps one of the birds from the office could do the “welcome to the club shite” and he could get on with making us hard to beat.

I haven’t been this excited since Frasier Forster signed a new deal…
-
I have seen anyone as effective in the triangulation of politics as soggy, even Blair, Clinton and Cameron couldn’t manage it as well as him. Left, right and centre all think he’s a complete bell end. Well done soggy.
-
What a pile of pony.

We’ve got shite in nets, defenders that can’t defend, midfielders that let sides play through us, don’t create much and have a weak mentality. Put that in a fucking graph
