  1. Fuck me, they must have had some shite over the years.
  2. And how much have they won?
  3. Yes, gives Remoaners a straw to clutch onto.
  4. What makes you think Stelios would be a man & not a chick, or even a trans in the process of losing their tackle. Check your bias.
  5. Nothing. First thing you’re taught is play to the whistle. The delaying of flag is designed to stop onside goals being ruled offside. Yesterday’s goal was a perfect illustration of why the rule is in place. The ref saved the Lino’s bacon, had he blown when she flagged, a perfectly good goal would have been ruled out.
  6. The great lady would have done a damn sight better. She’d have taken tough decisions and wouldn’t have been afraid to be unpopular.
  7. These Russians are bloody halfwits. Fancy rigging one election and then deciding to abandon Trump instead of handing him a win that would have caused complete and absolute chaos in America, & the west in general.
  8. That wasn’t what you claimed. You said their life’s were “near normal”. They’re not, nowhere near.
  9. They probably are, but there’s absolutely nothing to stop having them every 3 months if enough people wanted it. I don’t understand what Mystic is on about. It looks like he’s implying that Leavers have somehow decided that’s it, we’re out of the EU forever, finito... Maybe his ire should be directed at Remainers who haven’t got the balls or the work ethic to do what Nigel did.
  10. Pony. My son lives in Sydney and his life is nowhere near back to normal.
  11. Who says otherwise? We joined without a referendum, could rejoin with or without another one. All it needs is a party to stand on that platform, and win enough votes. You can have an EU vote every six months if enough people want it. I think you’re confusing people saying it won’t happen, with people saying it can’t happen.
  12. If you pile up votes in certain states & don’t breakthrough in enough of the remaining states, you’re a poor candidate based on that system. If you can’t beat Donald Trump you’re an appalling candidate. The system not weird at all, it’s perfectly reasonable. You need broad support from across the nation, without it the big population states will dominate the union too much. it’s a system that’s perfect for a union of independent states.
  13. Most people understand, although Soggy clearly doesn’t.
  14. This is what the media forget when they rush to condemn Chelsea in the wake of another sacking. Contrast their approach with Arsenal’s who stood by Wenger. As you wrote, the bloke didn’t deserve the job in the first place. He only got it off the back of who he was, rather than what he’d done. He got given a chance not many young managers get, and he blew it. Whether it was because he got it too early, or whether he’s not good enough, only time will tell. Personally, I suspect he’ll settle for the cushy TV studio, discussing where other managers are going wrong. It’s going to be hard to motivate yourself when your ultimate managerial goal has come and gone so early.
  15. Watch the press now start crying about more time and hitting out at the short termism of Chelsea.
  16. I said triggering twats was a benefit of Brexit, a by product. Slightly different from wishing Biden gone the “sooner the better”.
  17. Biden won the nomination because the Democratic establishment realised Harris was a poor candidate. They dug Biden up out of desperation, not because he’s such a great candidate. Any half decent Republican would have beaten him, just as any half decent democrat would have beaten Trump. Which brings us on to your next unbelievable statement. That Hilary was a better candidate than Trump. Dear god, do you really think through the pony you write. I can’t think of a candidate in my lifetime that wouldn’t have beaten Trump, except Hillary Clinton.
  18. A couple of posts showing identity politics in all its glory. They don’t care whether Harris will be good for the nation or even care whether she’ll divide the country even more. Pissing off the opposition short term, trumps (pun intended) every other consideration.
  19. Don’t worry they’ll be plenty more, and a lot more important. I realise this generation are quite incapable of long term thinking, but as the years go by and the EU continue their match towards a federal superstate, the benefits will sell themselves so there won’t need to be any bigging up. Within 10 years it’ll be a settled issue.
  20. Believe it or not, I haven’t met Priti, so my assertion that I’ve yet to met a leaver who gives a shiny, stands. I wouldn’t mind betting that on this thread the colour of passports is mentioned by Remoaners more than leavers. Perhaps it’s time to stop banging on about them.
  21. He does the same with Dele Alli. Must have a good agent, because he’s on TV as much as that Scott bird. Talking of who, her constant “I’m an Arsenal fan” mantra is getting right on my tits. We know love, give it a rest.
  22. I rest my case.
  23. What’s Remoaners obsession with the colour of passports. I’ve never met a leaver who gives a shiny shite what colour they are.
  24. Wrong. Northern Irish are Micks, Irish are Paddy’s .
