  1. I heard a journo on the radio talking about Hull's transfer dealings in Jan and hinted about his relationship with Jorge Mendes . Harry Redknapp-Willie McKay came to mind. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Ranieri, AVB, Monk ffs , thank god none of you make the decisions. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. They won't because there is no response to it. With this group of players he's doing a decent job. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Looking through the posts on here & other threads the consensus seems to be that Poch is a fantastic manager, one of the best around. His first full season in English football he had playing in his side . Artur B, Shaw, Lovren , Clyne , Morgan , Big Vic, Lallana , pre injury JRod & Rickie . How many of them wouldn't walk into our present side? Bertrand ahead of Shaw maybe and possibly Gabbi over Rickie ( although personally I wouldn't ). I think it's pretty unarguably the fact that the others are far better than we've got now. So with one of the present games top managers who already had half a season in English football, with a group of players far superior than Puel has, where did we finish ....8th , that's where. Plus a pathetic cup exit at Sunderland I point this out not to compare Poch with Puel as there's clearly no comparison, but to add a bit of realism to the debate. Some people's expectations are way too high. If Poch with that squad could only manage 8th, realistically why does this season come as a surprise to anyone.? If 8th with that group was great, why is 10th or 11th with a cup final suddenly manager out territory. We could even still finish 8th, as we sit 9th . Which of course is only 1 place below the great season Poch had. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Vectissaint, why have you put my name to Foxy9143's post? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  7. Which 7-8? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Do you really believe Yoshida hasn't improved, just played? So if Puel takes someone out of the reserves and makes them a better player, it's not down to him? Bloke can't win, can he? What about OR, nobody can claim he hasn't played better this season. Oh no, it's not that is it, he's just played. Again bloke can't win, can he? As for Tadic's assists, we don't have Pelle or Mane finishing, so clearly the stats will be misleading. Why was he substituted so often last season? Personally I don't think his form is any different to last season, he just had better players around him. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Which players? Long had a purple patch last season, but has reverted back to his normal form. Forster has always been bang average but with Vic, Morgan and the better centre halves was protected somewhat. Maybe Bertrand, but certainly not Cedric, remember Cuco the clown got the nod over him at times. So who are these players that "were much more effective under previous managers", could you name them for me. Because OR, Yoshida, JWP & Stephens have improved under Puel. Davo is pretty much the same as is Tadic. Name names. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Complacency, based on what? What evidence do you have we were complacent. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. That's funny because both paid pundits at the Chelsea game praised our style and said how well we played. Souness even said he'd enjoyed watching us. Funny they didn't mention we "can barely play a one two, let alone string a move together". Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. You can't really believe that Puel has anything to do with the development sides. It's just an excuse to have another dig at him. As for Monk, ffs . Failed at Swansea, failed at Leeds , yet you want him at Saints. Clueless Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. If you think the U18's & U21's regressing is anything to do with Puel you really are clueless & if you think Gary Monk is the answer you're clearly a half bake Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Because we were 3-0 up. Easy to smash them in when it doesn't matter. When you need bottle 0-0 at Burnley, inter Milan & again yesterday he bottled it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. If we'd had VvD, Pelle , Big Vic & Mane we'd be playing better football. That is inescapable. The question is could Puel have done better with these players . Personally, I don't think so. We have a bang average mid table squad and we're mid table. We were poor yesterday but winning when you play poorly is a good sign. We didn't win yesterday because of one person and that person wasn't Claude Puel Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. So if less leave than previous seasons, does that make the camp is happier than under other managers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Don't be such a ******. "I will be emailing the club", who the **** do you think you are? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. You are a ****ing idiot Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. If he'd have played today, we'd have kept a clean sheet Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Obviously Maguire is the hipsters favourite, the English centre half we should be signing. But I watched them both closely today and jack was far far superior. Defended well but his distribution was much better . We've got a good little player there . Imo
  21. He's no better than Stephens. I watched the Watford game & he was caught out of position a few times . He's obviously flavour of the month, but Stephens is a better bet long term if you ask me. I've absolutely no doubt if Stephens was playing for Boro or Sunderland the clowns moaning about him would be throwing his name in the hat. I can see it now "good on the ball, English, cheap to buy , promising , let's get him in". Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Complete nonsense, have you watched him this season. I don't particularly rate him, but to say he's not improving is clearly wrong Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Let's see what Koeman does next season. Expectations will be higher & he'll have EL commitments. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Nobody is saying Richard believed in women's rights. The propaganda claimed Mo did. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. How old was Mo's wife Aisha when married her? I'm interested because Mo "believed in women 'a rights" Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
