You can't keep the pound and have control of your fiscal policy, their borders will be controlled by the EU. Their head of state will be an unelected toff from a German family. Their Vat will be subject to EU limits, a large % of their laws decided in Brussells and I would I imagine that for all the Nats protestation , NATO will pretty much run their defence policy. What on earth is the difference between Devo max and their version of "independence " , because I'm struggling to see any . I don't know the exact law on this , but having once been in retail management, I'm surprised tesco took this line. They were always pretty good and were held up as an example to follow around doing what's right for the customer. However, that was a number of years ago, so maybe they've changed. I would be amazed if there wasn't some sort of duty manager there, I'm pretty sure their own policy will be there must be a certain level of management on the premises during trading. He/she were probably in the office doing **** all, which does happen a lot in retail. It all depends how far you want to take it. If you write to the store and cc in head office ( although the best bet is the regional manager, if you can get that detail) and I'm pretty sure they'll send you a good will gesture , maybe a £10 or £5. So pap , what is the best way to store these photos? If they're behind some lock and hide app on a phone or tablet and not uploaded to any cloud is that safe? I lived and worked in FLA 25 years ago and there were plenty of " Americans" that got it and understood it. Most were second generation immigrants or illegals , but the local league was competitive and the state cup an extremely high standard ( we reached the semi final twice). It was starting to take off amongst the middle class whites , one reason being parents feeling it was safer than gridiron. The board have handled an extremely difficult situation professionally and calmly . When you look around at some of the owners and administrators in the game , I'm thankful we have KL and les . Free kicks are subjective, one Ref may think it is one may think its not. Line decisions are factual, as are decisions about who the ball last touched before going out of play. Lets see if people are so relaxed about it when a similar thing happens to us .

OK, perhaps my use of words was wrong. The flaw in helping the referee is that only one type of factual decision is involved. How has GLT made todays result "fairer"?

Just watching stoke v hull game and the basic flaw in this goal line technology has been exposed. For anyone who didn't see it ; obvious throw to hull given to stoke, ball thrown in and following a scramble technology is used to award goal. Ref and lino clearly didn't know if it crossed line , but gave goal. So we basically had technology to overrule a mistake in stokes favour whilst not doing so for a clear mistake seconds earlier.

Pelle is on a hiding to nothing. The premiership is hard enough to adjust to without following a club legend and the lack of service into the box he's getting. Its not going to get any easier next week because fat Sam's centre half will love the physical battle. He needs a tap in or a scruffy one going in off his arris. Hope he plays in midweek and boosts his confidence. His lack of movement is a worry, he played in a straight line , down the middle up against the centre halfs all game. Never once were they dragged out of position or dragged into areas they are uncomfortable in. I know we were spoilt with Rickie , drifting wide or picking up the ball in " the hole" , but he doesn't even pull onto the full backs or run the channels . I think RK should have played Long and introduced Pelle gradually, rather than the other way round. As for the supporters reaction, its pretty poor. The problem with Townsend is where he's coining from. Surely spurs will want Morgan involved in any deal or will play hard ball over any fee. Does anybody really think levy is going to be reasonable over the fee if we continue to block attempts to sign Morgan

I would have have a look at McManaman at Wigan , doubt if he'll cost the earth. Busy player , still young enough to improve.

It was as bad as the first home game last season against Sunderland and the Wigan one the year before . I thought the support was pathetic today both in numbers and atmosphere . Put lambert up top today , with that side and service in his second premiership game and see what he would do. Very average performance . I thought MS went through the motions a bit , and I'm not convinced about JWP in this more forward role, just didn't get on the ball enough . I'd have swapped him and SD or played a 2 with Long up top. Pelle is only going to be effective when he's got support. Disappointed that Gaston has broken a nail again and is missing , there really is nothing after Long coming off the bench to change things. I'm not a fan of Townsend but he can excite the crowd and worry sides like WBA. Days like today we need a spark from the bench
