The ONLY original reason for moving to server where people had to pay, was so that the problems on match days would be sorted. SWF has never succeeded in delivering that, yet you all sign up to keep paying for the service you never get. I've never understood why. Is it so you can share your opinions on here more than three times a day? You do know that a server that can do that would actually be free don't you? And there are loads of websites out there where you can post as much as you like without paying? What do YOU think you're getting for your money?

Good signing for them, he must be crazy after all he's been through with not being paid. You can't judge him on his time at Bari as they've been in a mess. He could go either way, be a star or fade when faced with better defenders than he was used to in Norway. Danish saint was pretty spot on about most things, including my home city of Bergen.

It's not several years ago, he left for Bari at the end of 2010 I think. Bari have been such a mess (loads of manager changes) that I don't think you can draw any conclusions from the last year. He's been a regular in the Norwegian team. definitely worth a punt.

He played for my local team, Brann, and seemed to be the next big thing. he did play very well for Brann, but it's hard to judge as the standard isn't great here these days. He's quite quick, doesn't score loads, but does add to the attacking element in the team. I haven't really seen him since he moved to Bari but as he's not had a great time there and pompey would be a risk of more of the same (after 3 months he still hadn't been paid by bari), I reckon he would jump at the chance of playing for Saints. I think he's very keen on coming to Britain. It's always hard to know how good strikers will be when they move countries, could be brilliant, could be exposed as just doing well in a field of mediocrity.

Seem to remember some people suggesting him as a good possible signing for us a while back. He was the hottest property in Norwegian football playing for Brann and Norway and banging them in. He finally transferred to Bari last season. Bari was an absolute nightmare for him, changing owners and managers coming and going. They were relegated and he spent large parts of the year not being paid. He wouldn't want to go through that again would he? Double page spread this morning that he's signing for Pompey...

There's been very little mention so far of the fact that there's a very high chance this tweet is referring to dealings the other way around than people are assuming. Clubs have apparently been coming in for Chamberlain, Cortese said that he was just putting the offers in the bin. Therefore we are tricky to deal with, as he won't enter into negotiations about players that we have under contract. It certainly makes more sense than the other way around.
