  1. You mean they have their own list and don't just use the saintsweb HCDAJFU thread?.................weird!!!
  2. So you can't say that he's clueless but he is still an idiot. Nice logic there Turkish. I think you'll find that he's neither an idiot or clueless, nor is he greatest football manager ever, somewhere in between I think.
  3. It would be interesting to see if he decides to go for the pink or the brown! Seriously though would be good to sign Steve Davies just so people on here could keep spelling his name wrong.

The real issue here is how do you close the loophole. I caught the tail end of an interview on R5L where some guy said that there are loopholes in the tax system because it was so damn complicated. The whole thing needs to be simplified, starting by doing away with NI and combining it with income tax. The government needs to come up with a plan with cross party support so successive governments don't keep feckin about with it.
  5. Your user name is somewhat ironic considering you don't appear to wear them at home!
  6. Good to see Spain stuff them last night. However I'm not a big fan of Spain either, all the tippy tappy stuff sends me to sleep. On a couple of occasions two of the players knocked the ball backwards and forwards to each other about 7 or 8 times, almost showboating. I was surprised none of the Irish players dodn't have a pop at them, I'd have gone ballistic.
  7. Feck me Alpine, I hope for your sake you never use Trip Advisor.
  8. Agree with everything said on here. The media report on them as if they were a home nation, they're not. Ireland is a foreign country. I loved watching Croatia **** them and why?, because they would have loved watching France **** us. For me it all goes back to Euro 1988 when they beat us 1-0 in Stuttgart with a team full of English & Scots and an English manager FFS. I have never felt so low after a football match as I did that day.

    New York

I was there this time last year with the wife and daughter, had a great time.
  10. That's probably because there is no news.
  11. Just been chatting to a Belgium visitor who was raving about this guy before I even mentioned the fact he could be coming to us on loan. He reckons de Bruyne is Belgiums best player, better than Hazard.
  12. Same old politics of envy from the Republicans. The monarchy is the heart of Britain, our history, our heritage, it's what defines us. Yes it's got it's flaws but how will things improve if we become a republic?
  13. It may be 'old news' but when the BBC are reporting it you do get the sense that it is genuine. Does not necessarily mean the deal will go through of course.
  14. This statement convinces me that it would be a very good signing.
  15. In all seriousness and I've been saying this for years. Seven a side, you'll soon get a goal.
  16. Sorry, I assumed Sibley said it. I'm not up on this Twitter malarkey!
  17. This part is interesting.
  18. Jay Rod, Adam Johnson and Steven Pienaar....... .....and a box of Kleenex?
  19. Agreed Pienaar would be a great signing, but let's be realistic, it ain't gonna happen.
  20. I think Martinez may well go to Liverpool.
  21. Would that be the type of support we see from you on the match threads when we go 1-0 down?
  22. L What do you think Shearer will get for his stamp on Lennon?
  23. I don't think any sensible poster would call one of their own players '****'.
  24. 'Top Secret' was the first film they made I think, it was on Sky the other night.
  25. And that is understandable, personally I thought the booing was terrible. This, and the whole Suarez affair has I think re-kindled an antipathy towards Liverpool, but I guess that's how many (not all) Liverpudlians like it.
