I had this same idea years ago but I decided to keep it to myself.

Interesting idea. I'm put off buying a season ticket for a couple of reasons. Firstly I don't want to be sat in the same seat week in week out, I like sitting in different parts of the ground. Secondly, I tend to go with different people, sometimes on my own, sometimes with a mate and sometimes with family including kids. Something like this could work for me and I'm sure others. I'd also like to be able to book specific seats on-line as you can with many cinemas and theatres.

it cant be said now that SMS does not create a great atmosphere

Great answer. What I really want to know is why would the police object to effectively moving the away fans around the corner a bit i.e. to blocks, 47, 48, 1, 2 & 3. -

Why is this a problem? -
I was a little disappointed by Pebble Beach although the others in my party were quite happy. We went to the Conqueror Inn at the East Close Hotel (A35 from XChurch to Lyndhurst) the other night only because we had a two-for-one voucher. We weren't expecting much as we'd had reports of bad food when they first opened. We were pleasantly surprised how good the food was although the service was a little poor and the menu limited. Great Indian in Bridge St. XChurch called Masala Bay. Best meal for me, Coeur de Filet in Costa Adeje in Tenerife, great food at a reasonable price.

Like the way they mention the name of the company who are learly NOT living up to their name.

Great to listen to that. Alex comes across very well, very impressive young man.

What I meant to say was we don't want a Spinal Tap Stonehenge moment! -

Be careful with those dimensions when you place the order, we don't a Spinal Tap Stonehenge moment! £10 on its way. -
In an ideal world I would like to be able to buy a season ticket but not for a specific seat in the ground and then choose my seat (and be able to purchase additional tickets) on-line on a match by match basis. Then again in an ideal world I'd like Lucy Pinder to sit on my face but that aint gonna happen.

I'm thinking about buying a season ticket next season. A mate and I may get three between us. The thing is sometimes just the two of us will go, sometimes I will go with my brother and his lad and so we would use my mates tickets etc. etc. Do the club take a dim view of this? Is each match ticket a separate page in a book i.e. would I need just to get the match ticket from my mate or would I need the whole season ticket book?

I think I love the comedy genius that is you Deppo almost as much as I love this club. I read part of the match thread after the game finished (always interesting when coming back from a goal down) and not only are you a comedy God but you can also predict the future!! I salute you.

How many of us were running around the garden screaming like loonies, before firing up the barbie and in a quiet moment whilst turning over the sausages felt a moistness in the eyes. God I love this club!!!

I'm quite happy about the Udders equaliser. They have three tricky away games left, Brighton, MKD and Charlton.
-
Let's hope we have eight more 'inept' performances this season. Stuart Pearce and Steve Wigley were there last night, they wouldn't say who they were looking at if anyone. Jim Davidson was there also, one of the few Charlton fans.
-
Funny, it's exactly this which puts me off buying a season ticket.

Hospitality for me tonight. The only problem is that when I go hospitality Saints rarely win. P7 W1 D3 L3

Absolutely agree with this post. I was in the Kingsland corner today and for me it was the best atmosphere since the JPT semi-final.

Just back, great game, great atmosphere. I thought we played excellent for the first 20 minutes without creating too many chances. For much of the game MKD never threatened us but for the two goals. Last 30 minutes we were excellent. Noticed a few arguments between Lambert and Guly in the first half, you sensed that after this they were deliberately not passing to each other. Guly went straight down the tunnel after being substituted.

Interesting piece here on the final last year: http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/paulfletcher/2011/04/do_you_remember_the_first_time.html#287420 Brings back some great memories from that day. Good luck to Carlisle on Sunday, I hope they win.

Udders have still got Brighton & MKDons away and Peterboro at home, not an easy run-in.
