We're 5th favorites to be in the top 4. We've got the best defensive record in the whole country, and the best g.d. in the league. We're 4 points ahead of 3rd place. So I beg to differ that top 4 isn't really realistic and it's a huge outside chance and will require a lot of luck. We're only 3rd favorites for the league cup (with only one winner of course), so I'd say the odds are better for a top 4 finish versus winning the cup. But RK will go all out to win it, and I'm glad about that, and that he's the anti-MP.

Steven Davis out of NI game against Romania

Indeed. Let's hope Morgan can behave himself until SD gets fit. -
Actually I think that would keep us in the top two, which will do very nicely.

Jose and Toby are far superior CBs to him, and Nathan is a superior RB. He's OK (sometimes) but not that great.
-
I did. Playing for England (instead of Nathan) against the mighty San Marino.

Maybe he'll demand a move to the second-placed team in the PL.
-
Yes, but he is brilliant going forward. Look at all the assists and goals he's scored so far in his career. Oh...

According to one of our Foxes friends, apparently not: "I don't think Southampton should be worried about Nugent. He apparently "loves a goal" against most clubs, but then comes on and looks less of a goal threat than Kasper."

RK agrees with me! Top man. At 6:35 mark:

Oi, I resemble that remark. Anyway, we should definitely try to sign Shaqiri, because Saints have never had a player whose name starts with an X. If we can't get him, then whats-his-name from Barcelona. -
Last player to be transferred from Southampton to Man City?

Yes, but in 1977 according to Wiki. From there I learnt he also played for Caroline Hill F.C. -
Of course, he may be the type who refuses to swear at the ref. In which case he simply jumps into the crowd after scoring. If he doesn't score, he can jump into the crowd if his team mate scores. If no-one scores ...... he can jump into the crowd anyway.
-
Of course not. Just "accidentally" swear at the referee long enough to pick up a yellow. I recall something similar in a world cup group match. The team won the first match, and was winning the second, which already guaranteed progression to the knockout stage. Their star player was on one yellow from the first match (I think it may have been Stoichkov for Bulgaria), and so spent the last fifteen minutes swearing and arguing with the referee. He finally got his second yellow, and left at the end smirking, knowing that his suspension was for a dead rubber. Back to Pelle. If he does it, I think it's a great idea, and poetic justice for the ridiculous rule that cautions in cup matches are mixed with those from the league.

It's scary we only 8 injuries away from a pretty weak team.
-
That's the team MoPo would field against Sheff. Utd. Not that we'd get that far with him.

Actually that's not true. Even Lowe admitted it wasn't to do with money (NP wasn't on very much, and was happy to continue). As mentioned by someone earlier, NP was a Crouch appointment and Lowe's ego wouldn't allow his contract to be renewed.

Don't understand "this run has to end soon" theory. Even our friend Lawro also used it in his prediction that we'd lose against Hull. It's not like we've won 10 or 15 on the trot: we lost to Spurs fairly recently.
