I hope you're right, I really do.
But I think BC is walking a tightrope here: borrow and spend enough to get into the playoffs (or better), but not spend a penny more than necessary. Holding back on playing players for a game or two to see how things pan out is one thing, but getting rid of the better players during the window would be throwing in the towel, which (if they are within a shout of going up) wouldn't make sense considering he's been funding Kitson, Lawrence et. al. so far. That strategy appears to be paying off so far.
