  2. What a tw*t! When your acting like such an egotistical gonad you cannot be focused on the job in hand. On the other hand thats a hell of a right!!
  3. And the rest is history mate
  4. IMO he's very much a confidence player, whilst all last year he had RJ next to him like an immovable rock, this year he's needing to think too much about what his partners doing.
  5. What, when he's finished playing for QPR?!
  6. Yeah Maclaren was defo *****ing about Derbyshire mincing in the box.
  7. Good call! Wouldn't be surprised if it was Bellamy either.
  8. Deliema that one isn't it. I know which one I'd rather have.
  9. Yep, I'm in my mid thirties and although I'm self employed with the future well & truly in my own hands I feel pension/retirement age etc will be vey different even from what we are predicting today by the time our age group get there. If someone our age is to retire at 55-60 they'll have done pretty well IMO.
  10. Was at work up to my arm pits in metal and noise after designing some new products for southern water, came out for a coffee, wondered why mark & lard weren't up to their usual tricks and just playing mellow tunes..... Then heard the news. Still to this day NEVER fails to amaze me, so sad.
  11. Richardson's got a slight calf strain, should be fine for Brum
  12. Did I imagine it or did KD pull his arm out of the way for the first goal as if he thought nobody was running in behind??
  13. Don't be stupid man there are no virgins in Southampton!
  14. Don't we score the majority of our goals in the second half, mainly last 30? Where's MLG
  15. Also, why don't we stick Barny in goal, cos let's face it when a corner comes in he'd be great at punching it away, probably get it somewhere near the half way line.
  16. I once boned a Milf who believed Essex was a fictional county!! Also worked with someone who once mentioned in passing that Xmas fell on the 25th that year
  17. Over training is a big problem at that age, I know this because at 22 the cartilage in my hip broke down due to playing or training 5/6 times a week from the age of 10 to 16.
  18. This could be clasping at straws but at 14/15 they'll be going through a big growth spurt, bones and muscles growing etc causing weaknesses if training hard, just like Adkins wanting to protect AOC saying he has a fragile skeleton etc so as not to push him too hard too young. Also Ron how many times a week do you train them? If it's twice I would split it down into stamina & drills on the first then 5 aside etc on the second
  19. Make sure they warm up properly by light jogging for say 10/15 mins before stretching. Hamstrings for example must not be stretched before strenuous exercise. If you stretch first the hamstring will stay at about 80/90 % of the stretched length which will cause problems (ie the leg over extending more than it normally would when running) because they're cold, often refered injury too. Hope I've explained it okay.
  20. Oh ffs what is wrong with these people, hurry the f*#k up & let the mongrels have their bloody devolution!!!
  21. Are you going on your own or with a partner? If it's with a partner and he/she loves shopping make sure you invest in some good shoes cos you'll need them, I found this out to my cost! Although cabs and under grounds are really easy you'll spend an awfully long time walking.
  22. Wife and I stayed in a hotel called the pod which wasn't too pricey, can't remember how much exactly as it was dec 07. Was a little cheaper cos it didn't have a restraunt, which in my eyes didn't matter cos it's the sort of place you want to eat out all the time anyway. It had a great cafe round the corner called the morning star which served the best breakfasts! We went just before Xmas too, New Yorkers & especially manhattan do it in style, none of this tacky rubbish you see in this country.
  23. Seriously, thats brilliant!!
  24. Anne Hathaway's got a bit of a dodgy old accent in the film adaptation, dont understand why they didn't go for a proper yorkshire lass or at least an english bird who understands the dialect.
  25. Maybe View from the Top could give you a hand? Anyone he disapproves of he could call a c**t seeing as he clearly has an outstanding grasp of the english language
