Oh dear oh dear oh dear - 24 goals let in after 8 matches. Dreadful.

It's a terrible thing to say but i don't really care about England football any more - i do for any other sport but not football alas.

He is just a silly person who no one has ever heard of or cares about.

And we have also lost the second match - a disappointing end to a very interesting season. I will be interested to see what changes we make next year (when hopefully we will have rather better cricketing weather).

Very poor display - we should have stuck with the same side that won the T20!

I would suggest doing soemthing to stop us conceding so many goals! If we continue to let in 3 goals every match we are doomed.

Oh dear! I think Nigel is making a lot of mistakes. We need a win against Fulham - but then we needed one against Wigan.

"Everton are running Southampton ragged" I thought we played very well last week.

I think we can get a result there - and should try to progress in this cup.

I think the idea that we will sell out every week is plain daft - there are the away tickets and the spaces lost between the Northam and them, and then all the over-priced hospitality areas. Lots of people are finding times very hard at the moment, and the prices are very high, but also people do not want to sit on their own in some corner of the ground. An average gate of over 30,000 seems pretty good to me.

That was a fantastic display in the second half - the atmosphere was great too. The change from Fox to Clyne made a huge difference. Ramirez was excellent as was Lallana and Lambert. If we play like that we have nothing to worry about. Well done Saints! Well done Nigel Adkins!

And that was my view (and the veiw of everyone I know) before we played Wigan. I just hope you're right.

I am already worried - letting in this number of goals is very poor - I do not think our keeper is good enough nor Fix nor JF or JH. I also do not think NIgel is getting things right, despite my admiration for what he achieved during the last two years. Playing AL in the centre is daft as was putting Rodriguez out on the left touch line against Wigan. Yes i am worried.

The first target must be a clean sheet. That means dropping Fox and JH, possibly KD, tightening up the defensive midfield and getting some more pace into attack. There can be no more excuses about playing top sides, such as Wigan.

I have a lot of time for KD and respect all that he has done for us but I fear he is not up to it for the PL - we need a top class keeper.

We are letting in too many goals - left side of defence is dreadful, too many silly mistakes by KD and the CBs.

We are not down yet but what a dreaful start - 14 goals let in and we lost to Wigan at home as well as the other lot.

Great end to a great season. I thought Bates did a great job behind the stumps yesterday.
