I think this was written before Monday nights game and basically covered all the options depending on that result. If WHU had lost they would have covered the Palace game. Had a seat in the very lower section and asked if I could stand at the very back of the upper tier after KO (thought there'd be a full house) only to be told "You wont find anybody standing here, ground rules and Health & Safety" I replied " There's always standing with away fans" He replied " Notts Forest fans tried standing and we got them to sit down" After the game started and with all Saints standing I didn't have the heart to go and spoil his evening.

In Switzerland and Germany where this system is used THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH AT ALL. At the preseason game at St Gallen you put a minimum of 10Sfr on the card and used it to buy stuff. It was a palava to get back any unspent monies tho'. Not the best system for away fans so they may accept cash in that section.

Turning a loan into equity is exactly what the new rules, to be introduced soon, will demand and accept. A loan/liabilty will disappear if converted to equity thereby getting rid of any threat from that source. The regulating body has already said that any monies lent, now and in the future, and converted to equity will not break any rules. Anybody listen to the prematch broadcast on Saturday? All the broadcasting points weren't integrated into one broadcast channel, the Bournemouth commentator, and others, was replying to an unbroadcasted question from the studio, silence......then his reply followed by more silence...followed by him again replying to the unheard question. I emailed Perform Group at 1405 and it took 45 mins to fix. In the meantime they kept telling me to reboot, press F5 etc as if it was my end, how could I filter out, on the fly, one source of the commentary in particular. I have a 5Megabye connection (not 5 Megabit). Surely it's not too much to ask to have someone their end monitor what's going out. I got my Palace ticket using a similar system and was able to choose my seat directly behind the goal in the Holmesdale stand. For that matter I was able to register and then buy my ticket all in the same visit to the website and it was a senior ticket at that me being 64 years old. No hoops to jump through either. Why through Palace, because it was cheaper than going through Saints AND I could choose my seat. I previously wrote to Saints about this type of online booking system but got no reply. Mancsaint
