I think you maybe right about automatic promotion but I still think we will make the play offs
-
And in the League too

Will Brentford Play in Red and White Stripes on Saturday

BBC state Pardew get Newcastle job within 24 hrs.

But Nicola was possibly Markus' drinking buddy Five and a half years deal I agree is rather surprising perhaps his knowledge of the Championship and League will help Pardew -
Why do you fully trust him I dont see what he has done to warrant it. I am just happy to see what happens as I am sure we will be in the top six at the end of the season and possibly a lot higher if we start playing really well

Well I appear to be wrong http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/n/newcastle_united/9267960.stm Still dont see that Pardew is any better than Hughton -
Of course there is substance just saw a Camel Train passing over Northam Bridge heading for St Mary's

I doubt whether Pardew would get as he has nothing exceptional in his career to warrant a top job Afterall they have had Keegan Shearer Robson and Allardyce in recent years -
As I have no knowledge of the relationship of the Liebherrs with Cortese and have no knowledge of what the Liebherrs feel abot Southampton Football Club I think everything is conjecture. With no debts on the Stadium and a large fanbase some of whom are a little too critical I might say the club is financially stable and I would suggest that there would be little change if we were taken over. It is not as though we are like Man City paying out regularly for highly paid players

You are right no details as yet
-
If we were in the Premier league and OX was playing for Bournemouth no doubt we would be interested in him The top teams want the best players We are far from being a top team at the moment
-
I was hoping for Saints to have been higher in the League as I dont think the teams are as strong as last season Sheff Wed lost to Swindon today so if we play as we have in recent weeks we will finish in the top six and hopefully in the top two
-
Not at home against Brentford but yes away at Hartlepool
-
Yes Fonte missed the home game against Brentford when hopefully Seabourne will be fit

Most of my best memories of SFC are associated with Cups Beating Man Gity and Ipswich in the early 1960s The Cup Run in 1963 The European Nights at the Dell 1976 The Trip to Anderlecht in 1977 The Semi final and Final in 1978/9 The Semi Finals in the 1980s The XDS Final The Final in 2003 The JPT in 2010 So I will be looking forward to beating Blackpool in January as well

I expected that we would be in a higher position other fans are happy where we are because they think we are playing better football which is fair enough but only time will tell if we get promoted. I just dont think at the moment we have a squad which is going to get us into the top two but as I only watch a game a month I maybe wrong. However if we get at least 10 points from the next four games I will extremely happy and will then think that we may indeed get into the top 2 by the end of the season
-
My thoughts are similar to you but I would give 7/10 because of the recent improvement
-
There are also a lot of mongs on this board who expected us to win the League this season as you say we will see in May. I would be surprised if Brighton fans were that different from ourselves
-
Yes were are struggling to keep up with the top teams at the moment which is surprising with all the money spent we are not even in the play offs and it is the end of November We are not doing badly but unfortunatelely not doing as well as most fans expected at the start of the season
-
I hope you enjoyed your visit to St Mary's and will be back next season when we are both in the Championship I think your analysis is very interesting I think we lost impetus after about 35 mins and never fully recovered
-
I thought was a poor game with very few chances and a few some strange refereeing decisions but certainly not ruined by the Ref. Brighton came for a draw and got it SFC knew that was probably going to happen and failed to respond. Jaidi was a liability in the second half but excellent in the first
-
Although we had a lot of the ball we hardly tore them apart making very few clear cut chances and set play s were terrible
-
Redknapp, we all hate but we all know we missed out, don't we?

I doubt if Adkins will get an imnterview for the next England Manager but I expect Harry will
